Hello, I’m looking for some new ways to make some big money. I love the game but aside for the only beauty of being in space I’d like to earn money, a lot of ‘em. I’ve tried mining, trading missions, passengers missions and yea I think that’s all. That was enough to make up to over 500M cr. However I have little time to play and I’d like to discover ways to make millions while trying something new. Cmdrs, spread some knowledge o7 ty

Anyone know a good system for this nowadays? Been searching a bunch both ingame and online, but the PS community is awfully dead nowadays. Out of curiosity how difficult is Xeno hunting on Console and more importantly how profitable/beneficial is it for your Combat rank?

So I've lined myself up a long time ago with Aisling Duval and from that I cave access to her shield module.

My question is I want to access to the enforcer cannon - that means I need to get friendly with Pranav Antal - if I do so does that mean I can't get Aisling's shields anymore?

I am the leader of a small but awesome active squad - NQTR. We are a "friendly but focused" team engaging in all activities, with a focus toward combat and federal powerplay.

Our only requirements are absolutely no toxicity and we ask members either stay pseudo-active or, when that's not possible, at least be communicative. So after the galactic gods decided to abandon us a couple years ago I left my flying career. I had just started it too, what a bummer. But damnit it called back to me and I couldn’t ignore it anymore. Sure there will be no new innovations in the galaxy, I’ll forever be glued to my chair, the news network is silent, and alot of the reliable databases will not longer sync and update… but I will continue to fly. I’m going to go back to my original goal of getting bigger and more expensive ships, explore the unknown, and that carrot on the stick freighter (fleet carrier ) will be mine damnit!

I was wondering if there are others out there who never left or have since returned. Other commanders who I may cross path with?

Finally made it out to Colonia and the galactic center. In a Corvette because I like the idea if seriously misusing ships. I would love to see other people floating around.

Hello, I left this game after finding out that the leader of my Squadron was commtting real life illegal and heinous acts. It soured my enjoyment as I was in a small knit community that felt like family. I miss this game dearly and as of now, downloading it.

The sad thing is, I was carried by the Squadron, while I did indeed learn a lot. I did not 100% understand certain concepts in ship building and builds. Being so long away, I feel as if I am a baby again out of the "baby bubble".

This time I want to return in wishes to relearn and be effective in this game. I am not seeking to be carried but rather guided to self learning principles. I am willing to undergo training and I right now do not even remember my affiliations. Regardless in my seeking of a new Squadron and home. I am willing to compromise and defect if needed.

I am open to roleplaying an archetype and ready to return to our beautiful and deadly galaxy. If any live Squadrons in the PS5 ecosystems that are healthy and active to accept me. Please by all means DM me or reply here.

I love the game but the thing that pushes me back when I want to hop in again it's the stupidly boring worky grind that seems inevitable if you want to engineer your ship. I wanna know if it's possible while I do passenger missions, move cargo or even explore to stack up those materials without having to worry about the meta places to go, log out and back in and those things that really kill the game for me. I don't care if doing as I want wouldn't be the most efficient or fast way, I just wanna play the game and while I do so get those materials. Is it possible?

Greetings! I know this may sound unusual but I’ve gotten a ps5 and my first game installed is Elite Dangerous because I love this game. I did have 100 hours on PC but had to quit gaming on PC and I don’t wanna quit ELITE. Can anyone wing with a returning player? I’m very very casual but I’m very down to earth and like to play together!

So I’ve slightly new, been on Inara as was suggestion by my wing but we’ve been talking about how the sales are different from the station to what it says on Inara. Is it because that’s based off the PC economy. Been flying from system to system trying to sell all the platinum I have.

Finally completed my first solo trip to Beagle Point! I started this trip upon the completion of the Colonial Bridge project, which was the last CG I was able to participate in due to Frontier ending support for consoles. That decision by Frontier was the key to making up my mind to leave the bubble and see what was out in the Deep Black. I started this journey 2 years ago and played on and off during that time. Can't believe I finally completed it as there were many times I uninstalled the game and thought I had moved on for good. However, nothing can scratch that "itch" like Elite Dangerous. I will spend a few days here and then head on to Ishum's Reach. Also huge thanks to the DSSA and their carrier networks!

Hi there commanders, been a while. A few years back i sank 700hours into Elite, without any major breaks. Then i got away to never return with the game being left for dead on consoles. I now have a ps5 and my old joystick and thruster. Always been a combat enthusiast, even got pretty good at pvp, i remember having a shieldless chieftain, and an absolute beast of a vulture.

I really want to feel the adrenaline again, the close fights and the victorious returns to stations, and perfecting my ships.. But man i cant shake that feeling that the game is in limbo, that i will waste my time for nothing concrete.. What do you guys honestly think?
