Raw ego lifting. No form all heart!
Went to a gym that had dumbbells that go up to 75kg, my gym only goes up to 50kg so thought I'd attempt the 60kg's. Had to wait for a while to get into the dumbell section as every bench was taken so this attempt was done at the end of a chest session lol.
