I love salad and when we eat out we marvel at how fresh the salads are. When we make them at home with ingredients that we just picked up from the store is never as fresh. We never use bag salads.
Is it a special cooler/chiller or what should we look for in our ingredients to make them taste fresher?
End of week grocery shop last night and grabbed a bunch of salad kits. Its cheap and convenient but sometimes I think the kit brands are low quality/all the same. Can we get better kits out there? Or at that point should I just mix my own. Am I the only one craving more kit options?!
