On the right is what Sharon looked like in the early 90s, and that gave a similar look to the upcoming debutant Nicola Mitchell.

From what I read she "makes some demands" for the Six women, but what could it be?? 🤔

Gillian played a character called Yvonne who was Barry's wife seeing Liz McDonald.

Gillian was lucky enough to have a few scenes with Beverly Callard (Liz) and Susie Blake (Bev) in a short scene. Such brilliant actresses.

Mine is Roxy Mitchel . I like Roxy for 2 reasons . The first reason is because she was a villain and I like female villains . The second reason is because she is one of my crushes on albert square

Hear me out. When Linda confessed why wasn’t it looked into more?? If it was real life they would have looked into it more than just brushing it off. Nish has now said it’s him but what if they don’t believe him? It’s going to keep dragging out. Idk I would like to see another storyline now.

Such a strong character. Able to be fun and bubbly, naggy & bitchy, dramatic & traumatic.

She’d have been good in the Six, and would be interesting to see her years later interact with Stacey.

There is no connection for her in the square with 2 dead sons & a dead grandson.

Will she ever return?

I'm watching the old episodes. Currently on July 2018 and Shakils funeral. I so did not appreciate this episode when it aired but Wow, what a production. Such a powerful episode highlighting the families left behind after knife crime.

Nicola makes her debut and it's fair to say there is drama on the way for Teddy, Harry and Barney.

Who are the characters that could conceivably have been paired together, but never were or even considered and who you think could have made a great couple?

You can take this anywhere...Kim and Phil, Patrick and Sonia, Ian and Lola, Pat and Mick, Sharon and Whitney, but who do you think would have made a great couple and especially great television?

Has Alfie forgot hes got another kid with Hayley Slater (Daughter) Which is probably 4-5 now

I hate how the Story writers always forget Important stuff about characters.

Alfie is a good father who loves all his kids even Tommy that aint even his so how can they keep forgetting to get Alfie to mention her once in a while

So as a last request, Nish asked Suki not to remarry, and more particularly not to marry Eve. She agrees. So do you think she will:

a) ignore it and marry Eve before Nish dies.

b) ignore it and marry Eve after Nish dies.

c) keep it, stay with Eve but don't marry her.

d) keep her promise.

Obviously I don't think d will happen, and if Suki chooses c, then I don't think Eve would accept that.

Like we know that Freddie is gonna be Anna’s date but I’m more interested in knowing who’s gonna be Gina’s date and honestly I’m thinking and hoping it’s jay because there’s no one else that I can think of

just watched the halloween episode a day late, is nish going to frame ravi? ravi was shown in the promo pics as one of the men but he hasnt has a part in the six storyline like the others

jack - covering it up

nish - hit by denise, now taking the blame for killing keanu (so presumably prison)

dean - framed, prison

phil - covering it up

keanu - killed by linda

rocky - prison

but ravi - ???

we’ve seen that nish uses ravi for his crimes, he even got him to ‘kill’ eve not long before christmas so it would make sense. what does everyone think?

personally i want her back with phil i think they are really great together and are possibly soulmates.

With the possibility of a storyline involving the Mitchells and the Panesars feuding coming up I find it interesting that Teddy's family would have the last three men from the 7 involved in their storyline Jack, Ravi, and Phil.

We already have Ravi who wants revenge on Teddy's family. Then there's Jack who's involved in being blackmailed by Harry and he was also threatened by Teddy himself previously. Of course Phil would have to get involved especially if Billy gets roped into it somehow.

The Panesars are somewhat decimated physically. If Nish is on his way out then there's only Ravi left and maybe Vinny but Vinny isn't the type to get involved in these situations. I do remember a while back there was a photo somewhere of a young man who looks like he was joining the show and the caption read something like "Phil Mitchell better watch out." From what was said in his caption could he be part of the Panesars and someone coming in to help Ravi? Perhaps he's one of the people Nish had searching for Keanu earlier in the year?

Because we have these last three involved from the seven men it could easily bring in the Six with possibly Suki siding with Ravi, Sharon and Kathy siding with Phil and Stacey and Denise eventually siding with Jack and Phil.

Oddly enough out of all of the women Linda is the only one without any real stake in a war between the Mitchells and Panesars. We know Stacey will more than likely be away soon due to maternity and if the spoiler pictures are true and it looks like Linda might die could it be that she becomes collateral damage in this feud?

What about Eve? Where would she stand? Who would she stand with? I really wanted her in this Six storyline as she is an amazing actress and character but I still believe the reason she was not added was if she found out after Christmas she would not allow Linda to drink herself to almost death and Denise to end up in a mental institution which is why she's been kept away from the story. We also needed Dean to get to the point of stealing the money from the charity and going on the run which unfortunately for this storyline required Linda to keep drinking.

It could be interesting to see this Mitchell vs Panesar war start taking in the woman and growing bigger and bigger. Just have to wait and see how it goes.

Upcoming storylines that I would like to see:

Something, anything for Felix. He's been on the show for awhile now and I really don't know anything about him. I was hoping he was going to put into this Tommy storyline as a mentor type someone Tommy can eventually look up to or that could get through to him. All I need from Felix is a simple line of dialogue to Tommy to get started. Telling him "You don't want to be like Ricky or Nugget and you can't be like Denzel than I get it I didn't know where I fit in either but I liked to help you." The path that Tommy is on now is so toxic that I feel Zack himself is not enough but possibly Zack and Felix especially if were given Felix a proper backstory to when he was Tommy's age that could resonate with the young man. Now I will say if this storyline isn't wrapped up yet by the time the Mitchell Pansear feud gets underway then I can definitely see Tommy doing something drastic to try to impress Phil.

If were doing a storyline about saving the square with this market and garden closure then let Ruby be integral in it. Maybe she's someone who wants to rip it apart. Comes out a prison with a vendetta especially against Martin maybe gets involved with Junior and to be fair I have no idea what to do with this character anyway, so unfortunately I have to stick him with Ruby. Getting back to Ruby If she is on a vendetta it would be interesting to see what her and Junior or Junior alone would do especially to Arthur's bench seeing we already have tension between them. It could make for a very emotional situation attached for once to a market closure storyline.Then again I got really upset when Martin destroyed Sonias nursing books.

Perhaps Teddy purchases Peggy's and keeps Zack on. He also hires Freddie which may have been foreshadowed by the fact that weeks ago he got upset with Freddie and told him to stay out of his business when Freddie asked about Stevie. Since then we've had a Freddie that's in everybody's business and keeps popping up, which story wise could work in the future and the show could use to its advantage. We now have the basis to recreate a version of Steve, Matthew, and Saskia. We bring in Harry's ex girlfriend Shireen to try to kill Teddy and Freddie barges in witnessing the whole thing. While being implicated by Teddy to keep the secret. Zack can play the Gianni role. Or depending on her age Freddie can play a slight Steve role and start a relationship with Shireen.if she were to show up and than he's the one in danger and Teddy can save him from being murdered by Shireen. Even though the original storyline is one of the greatest written and acted , I would definitely trust Clenshaw to make his own version that would also hint back to the original.

These are a few brief ideas I've had and thoughts I've had following recent episodes. I'm looking forward to seeing what the show will do in the next few weeks and in the lead up to the 40th.
