News items must be related to EU news and/or events. Local stories are allowed if they have an impact on the European Union, its policies or its actions.
3. News items must have a source or provide a source in the comments
Any format, text, raw picture, raw video or sound bite is fit as long as a reliable source is provided.
4. News items must be in English or provide a translation in the comments
5. No posts or comments that are clearly for activist purposes

All persons in the subreddit shall be treated equally in equal circumstances. Discrimination on the grounds of religion, belief, political opinion, race or sex or on any other grounds whatsoever shall not be permitted.
