Had to dumb it down on the right hand, but overall it still sounds the same!
Pretty much a year out from the change, which saw the Nolly mix get changed to the Dan Braunstein version. Interested on the consensus.
Weird question I know. I love the cover art for Impulse, it speaks to my soul for some reason. And it's always bothered me that I can't figure out who it is with the mask making the cool orb levitate.
I really like how that guitar looks with the mix of classic elements and modern shape but I really don’t wanna step on his toes I’ve never seen anyone do it before and I wanna see if I should before I put money into it
My new erra tattoo....
I got a erra song on my autoplaylist and it blew me away! I really want to get into the band more and im wondering which album is the best to start with. Thanks!
Really chill dudes in person, super nice
I was able to see Erra live on tour, and it was really cool. They're amazing live! It was my first-ever concert, so I was quite scared, but the people I was near and talked to were really chill and nice. It was really fun!
I can’t get enough of the song but I can’t figure out what he’s talking about.
Or are these EP not enough hyped/well-known to be played live?
Maybe they should do a re-record at least of Andromeda this year for the fifteen years anniversary so that more people will know that EP, because hot damn, Andromeda is a masterpiece (IMO), and the self-titled EP as well.
(warning : I might suck at this)
For the og fans ❤️
It goes something like this (old clip)
it’s my favorite Erra song… and i have yet to see almost anyone even mention it!! Is it because it’s not associated with an album?
Give me your Pull from the Ghost opinions! And any songs you find to be similar?
It was Divisionary for me, I was so mesmerized with how beautifully written and poetic the lyrics are, dived into the band head strong. Cheers to 3 years with ERRA!
Super simple post that I’m creating to generate some friendly discussion among the community. Cure, for me, is the most self-experimental (in the sense of diverting from their usual technical forward brand of metalcore) project to date, blending country even (?!?!) with bass heavy erra fare. It’s not the most technically interesting or even heaviest, but there’s something so unique and cool about it: the album is stacked with songs that bottle rage and regionalist influence into a digestible package which flows as a flawless survey, melding together usual erra disposition with colloquial musings. My top 3 favorite songs arent even on this album (glimpse is #4), but, adding to my previous ramblings, there’s some smokey eeriness to it which pushes their boundaries too. Fucking something about it manages to stack within the songs immense maturity and garners this praise. Idk bro, I just love it!
