Hey, what's up everyone?

So I am an ENTP-A 5w4, which means I love learning about new things, researching, and looking at things from a philosophical as well as literal level. I would rather be talking about abstract ideas and concepts that everyday routine life.

Looking to make new friends, and find someone to have interesting intellectual conversations with, and bounce ideas off of. Just FYI, while I get along with a lot of MBTI personality types well, I have a soft spot for intuitive thinkers (NT types). So if you're an ENTP, ENTJ, INTP, INTJ type, we'll probably get along well. But I can get along with most people just fine.

i too love the sight of truth. look how much we have in common already! the intellectual company of entps is supremely fulfilling for me, and i'd like an increase of it (from zero. so in theory an ENTP child probably counts?). in return i can share my sesquipedalian vocabulary flash cards with you. or just give you a word a day. also i read the Aerosmith autobiography as a, like, 500 page joke and so i can additionally also share some interesting anecdotes about Steven Tyler's childhood.

things i enjoy discussing so you can gauge compatibility: pizza, ethics, music (concepts/trivia/tunes. i like punk generally but my taste is vast), philosophy, anthropology, beer, self improvement, strategy games, 90s tv. i'm trying to learn how to be a better (read: more critical) consumer of visual media so if you can teach me some of that or recommend films or something that'd be dope. yes we can talk about science shit too. i used to do computer.

i prefer someone who's around my age or -- even better -- much older.

I'm looking for a new ENTP friend because the last one ghosted me lol. I have a lot of friends but my collection seems devoid of ENTP presence and I want that energy. PM me if you have the time, or I'll PM you.

Would anyone be interested in starting an ENTP support group. For me this would be to get help staying focused on finishing my business projects.

But also, I am guessing that a lot of younger undeveloped ENTPs are struggling with a lot of things including drugs, relationships, meaning, purpose, etc.

I consider myself a reasonably mature ENTP, working on developing my tertiary and auxillary functions and I might be able to help. I have also found a lot of the posts on the entp Reddit to be very helpful for me. At least I don't feel alone with my idiosyncrasies.

Hi, I am a 19 and attend community college in the US. My real dreams and desires are to help people connect with God in a different way. I want people to find their purpose and passion in life. I have experienced depression, anxiety, and have spent the most of my life analyzing people because I want to better understand people. I plan to attend bible college after my two years of community college or I might do a program called YWAM (Youth with a mission) ( you can look it up) I've felt a calling on my life to help people since I was very young. The older I got I started to loose interest in christian ministries until God literally took my entire life shattered it into a million pieces. Because of what God showed me during this time in my life it changed the direction for my life forever. I had never had purpose except I knew I was really good at noticing people who are hurting but hiding because thats what I used to do. I feel like God has given me a gift of sadness. I am honestly one of the most positive people I know because I know God will redeem all the brokenness in my life (he always does its so beautiful) but, although I am a positive person I also have this deep sadness in me I can never quite understand. Some people tell me its because I can still see Gods goodness in every situation which is true. But I think its also because I am just a sad person and God made me this way so I can connect to other people. I can see through fake people or when people are sad and hiding it. My whole life is one big sad and beautiful love story God is using to help others. I believe that is why I was placed on this earth and I am posting on this ENTP penpals page because I struggle with loneliness and feel like no one understands my view on life.( I heard ENTP and INFJ are very compatable) Sorry for my unorganized confusion introduction. When Im not deep in my feelings anazlying the sadness of the world I enjoy playing my guitar ( not very good yet just started up to get over my fear of failure) being outside in nature, listening to music, discussing physcology, thrifting and I am also a young life leader at a high school in the town I live in. Americans are world renowned for their friendliness, this combined with ENTP should make for very chatty people - or that's what my logic is telling me.

I am British, from Liverpool England but currently live in Edinburgh Scotland; home to ancient castles and everything Harry Potter. Yes I do have an accent and So do you and I love American accents.

I'd love to meet up on my days off, see how the Americans live and generally shoot the shit! Texting, messaging and general pen pal-esque things are also great.

Hey how's it going? Just made a reddit account and found this "subreddit". If anyone feels like talking I'm a ENTP and I would love to have someone to talk to! I use facebook, whatsapp and I guess I could create an account on any other messaging app. I love talking about Philosophy, Books, Tea, Physics and Math and pretty much everything that pops into my mind (alot).

I just realized that the last posts in this subreddit were two years ago. Two freaking years ago! I was so pumped about it too. Well...
