South Shore Beatdown in Boise

Tahoe trying to get back at it from their lackluster game Saturday Night v. KC took it to the (potato)heads in Boise. 7-3!
Chicagoan Chris Dodero with the 2nd Hat Trick in TKM history and this team is thankful to be at 18pts after 14 games. Can't wait to be up there for the 2 weekend games.

What is yoru favorite teams tradition?

Ours is usually chanting tulsa and then oilers, or the overhead clap which we don't do it this season because of the new goal song, but I'd like to see your traditions!

Who thinks the Iowa Heartlanders will possibly relocate or fold next season?

Having an attendance of 400 - 600 during games is literally insane for attendance.. Last night at an oilers game we had around 7-9k, and friday will be bigger, anyone else think that Iowa will fold?

Out of all ECHL Teams this season, which ones do you think has the most loyal fans?

I personally think its the oilers (my home team), we stay even after we win OR lose, and stay AFTER the game to see the stars of the night, and even wait after they are done getting off the ice, we are very loyal, and attendance is great, last night we had almost all spots in sections 107 and 108 filled, and others, and our audience was doing chants every few minutes, I love the oilers, but I don't know

Apparently the Oilers goal song got changed this season??

It got changed from Gary Glitter rock and rol part 2 to kick start my heart 😭

Following the ban of the song in the NHL, the ECHL also followed along and banned it as well, forcing us to chose a new song, which I don't like.

Why don’t player jerseys exist?

I’m assuming it’s something to do with the CBA or contract or something? It’s really annoying that I have to choose between shitty generic $39 jerseys or game worn jerseys that sell at auction for $2k+.

I get that players are moved around/cut a lot but you can’t tell me that selling $129 jerseys for veteran players or guys that have been on the team a certain amount of time or something wouldn’t be practical or profitable?

Anyone know why?

Edit: sounds like this policy varies by team and I naively assumed it was league-wide

Does anyone here think that the ECHL (and other hockey leagues around the world) should adopt the 3210 points system?

3 points for regulation win

2 points for overtime/so win

1 point for overtime shootout loss

0 points for regulation loss
