Tahoe trying to get back at it from their lackluster game Saturday Night v. KC took it to the (potato)heads in Boise. 7-3!
Chicagoan Chris Dodero with the 2nd Hat Trick in TKM history and this team is thankful to be at 18pts after 14 games. Can't wait to be up there for the 2 weekend games.

Ours is usually chanting tulsa and then oilers, or the overhead clap which we don't do it this season because of the new goal song, but I'd like to see your traditions!

Savannah Ghost Pirates (9-6-0) at Orlando Solar Bears (7-9-1) 7 p.m. ET
Having an attendance of 400 - 600 during games is literally insane for attendance.. Last night at an oilers game we had around 7-9k, and friday will be bigger, anyone else think that Iowa will fold?
The ECHLs Tulsa Oilers, traded for Parker Aucoin, #46, for future considerations and future trading with the Reading Royals, Parker AuCoin, #46, who won a Gold Medal with Team Alberta at the 2014 Western Canada Challenge Cup.
Head Coach of the Tulsa Oilers (Rob Murray) States:
"We really liked him with Idaho,” he said. “He was very successful and impressive every time we saw him. He has a good scoring track record, not only in our league, but dating back to college and juniors. He comes to us at a good time with injury and call ups, and we look forward to seeing what he does in Tulsa.”
AuCoin, 26, joins the Oilers after posting six points (4g, 2a) in 12 games with Reading this season.
In 2023-24, the left-handed forward notched 15 points (8g, 7a) in 21 ECHL games split among Atlanta and Idaho, including four points (2g, 2a) in three games against the Oilers.
AuCoin also appeared in two games with the Orlando Solar Bears in 2018-19 prior to continuing his education at Carleton University where he compiled 69 points (44g, 25a) in 84 USports contests. With the Ravens, AuCoin led USports in goals in 2022-23, notching 24 tallies enroute to OUA East First All-Star Team.
The St. Albert, Alberta native played his entire major junior career with Tri-City, racking up 180 points (88g, 92a) in 262 games with the Americans. AuCoin was named to the WHL Second All-Star Team for the 2018-19 season. The 6-foot, 200-pound forward also won a Gold Medal with Team Alberta at the 2014 Western Canada Challenge Cup.
https://echl.com/news/2024/11/atlantas-haider-named-warrior-hockey-echl-goaltender-of-the-week
Ethan Haider of the Atlanta Gladiators is the Warrior Hockey ECHL Goaltender of the Week for Nov. 18-24.
Haider went 2-0-0 with one shutout, a 0.99 goals-against average and a save percentage of .968 in two appearances last week.
The 23-year-old stopped all 33 shots he faced in a 4-0 win at Orlando on Tuesday and made 28 saves in a 3-2 overtime victory against Jacksonville on Friday.
Under contract to Milwaukee of the American Hockey League, Haider is 4-4-0 in eight appearances with the Gladiators this season. He is tied for second in the ECHL with two shutouts, ranks 10th with a 2.27 goals-against average and tied for 13th with a .919 save percentage.
Prior to turning pro, Haider saw action in 101 career collegiate games at the University of Connecticut and Clarkson University compiling an overall record of 43-42-14 with eight shutouts, a 2.47 goals-against average and a save percentage of .909.
I personally think its the oilers (my home team), we stay even after we win OR lose, and stay AFTER the game to see the stars of the night, and even wait after they are done getting off the ice, we are very loyal, and attendance is great, last night we had almost all spots in sections 107 and 108 filled, and others, and our audience was doing chants every few minutes, I love the oilers, but I don't know
It got changed from Gary Glitter rock and rol part 2 to kick start my heart 😭
Following the ban of the song in the NHL, the ECHL also followed along and banned it as well, forcing us to chose a new song, which I don't like.
You hit the dude in the head. Chill

https://echl.com/news/2024/11/echl-announces-fines-suspensions2
The ECHL Department of Player Safety on Sunday announced that Maine’s Jacob Hudson and South Carolina’s Ben Hawerchuk have both been suspended for five games and fined undisclosed amounts as a result of their actions in ECHL Game #163, South Carolina at Maine, on Nov. 16.
Hudson and Hawerchuk are fined and suspended under Rule #70.4 and Rule #70.10 for leaving the penalty box to join an altercation.
Hudson will miss Maine’s games vs. South Carolina (Nov. 17), vs. Worcester (Nov. 20), at Reading (Nov. 23) and at Norfolk (Nov. 27 and Nov. 29).
Hawerchuk will miss South Carolina’s games at Maine (Nov. 17), at Greenville (Nov. 22), vs. Adirondack (Nov. 23 and Nov. 24) and at Jacksonville (Nov. 27).
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player’s Hardship Fund.
I’m assuming it’s something to do with the CBA or contract or something? It’s really annoying that I have to choose between shitty generic $39 jerseys or game worn jerseys that sell at auction for $2k+.
I get that players are moved around/cut a lot but you can’t tell me that selling $129 jerseys for veteran players or guys that have been on the team a certain amount of time or something wouldn’t be practical or profitable?
Anyone know why?
Edit: sounds like this policy varies by team and I naively assumed it was league-wide
3 points for regulation win
2 points for overtime/so win
1 point for overtime shootout loss
0 points for regulation loss
How the hell are you going to let Rapid City sweep you, RAPID CITY!?!? Worst part was RC never really looked good that series, they just got some goaltending land you shot yourself in the foot. Pain........
