I just recently started making good money and I some how managed to close a commodity deal for diesel en590 which is a 12 month contract, I received the first months commission Jan 15 and will receive this months commission on feb 17, I don’t want to take on the responsibility of handling my finances myself as investing in stocks and other things seem too complicated for me(I know my limits). If I were to handle it myself I would want to go with something simple like real estate where I can just invest the entire amount over the 12 month period. I already have savings and don’t want my lifestyle to creep upwards until I can just live off the income from my investments. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi im in my first year of doing a CS degree here in Dubai and wanted to break into data science while doing my degree so which courses/certifications are recommended for me to do so by the time I graduate I can land a role as a data analyst.

I’m looking at Etisalat Neo 1gbps connection and I typically replace the provided routers with my own anyway. Has anyone ordered Neo without the router? How do they terminate their connection? What type of connection do they require to be configured (PPPoE, DHCP, Static IP, etc)? Just want to understand what’s needed from my equipment. I know I can ask them, but would appreciate some inputs from customers too.

Some of you might have seen our initial post when we first formed The Gaming Network (TGN) two years ago, but for those unfamiliar we basically started a club to host monthly discussions on selected Video Games & Anime!

Since May 2023 we've hosted over a dozen calls on Discord and a physical meetup every couple of months in Dubai!

A supplier owes us approx 900k AED due to non delivery of goods. We took him to court and currently the "expert/specialist" is reviewing the case.
We understood that the supplier is currently closing down his company.

What could be done in such case? Is the General Manager/Owner liable? Can we claim from them?

I'm a 26M. I like 2 girls are wonderful people.

But my sinful nature really repels me away from someone who isn't toned/fit or is in an unhealthy shape. I connect with her well, she looks up to me and we enjoy speaking to each other.

On the other hand, there's a girl who ticks all the boxes. We enjoy speaking to each other and we have had healthy conversations of our principles. Although, we haven't also come to the point where we've seen each other in our worst and real sides.

Not like I have a decision to make here, but I fear leading these lovely women on. I don't want to ruin/break either of their hearts by what I want. But considering we're getting older I'd like to settle on a girl.

The first girl, tbh her size is the only thing that doesn't give me peace about. I'm guilty of how that sounds and the reality of how bad it is to see someone like that. How is the job market for construction/project management professionals in Dubai?

Are there any certifications or credentials that could improve my chances?

Would it be better to apply remotely or visit Dubai and job hunt in person?
