I (F) last smoked THC on August 26, and the most I smoked was in July probably 3-5x in only one week. I have since then stayed clean, lost 6lbs, and I also tested negative on 3 at home test (50 ng/ml & 15 ng/ml). I have a urine drug test tomorrow, am I likely to pass? I'm going to take another 15ng/ml tonight.

So I had initially passed my first two drug tests for a state job which were urine panel tests and I did not have an issue with THC until an incident where I caused a couple people to lose their jobs for relentless, bullying and breaking my ignition switch to my vehicle and it prompted a drug screen on me and when they sent it to the lab, it tested positive for THC and I opted for a retest of the same urine sample and I was wondering if there was any chance that it would be a different result because it comes out of my pocket. I am prescribed Adderall and Klonopin and hydrocodone for just breaking my hand not too long ago so I already popped hot for drugs, but I have a prescription for everything besides the THC which I’ve already quit gummies months ago so I don’t know how this is popping up and how intense the drug test is, but is it even worth paying for a retest and is it gonna have the same result? I’m on unpaid administrative leave and until I get this second retest result of the same specimen I won’t know if I’m terminated and I just wanna know how screwed I am. It is the same urine sample being tested so I am just hoping there’s a chance that it could just come back negative or if it’s gonna have the same results since it’s the same urine sample.

Do I need to start looking for another job?

My job is about to drug screen me for management at a restaurant in 2 weeks or so. Does that mean that they 100% will take a hair sample? Cuz if so I am FUCKED. I will lose everything, I quit everything recently to prepare but only for a urine test, which may still be contaminated with THC. Any assurance will be appreciated.

I thought 15ng was only performed when a 50ng cutoff was positive? Why was a 15ng cutoff test performed if I passed the 50mg levels?

I went for my brixadi shot tonight and the PA informed me that LAST months drug test came back and showed positive for “around” 1000ng morphine and under 400 ngs of codeine.

Now let me start by saying this. There is ABSOLUTELY zero chance I did either of those drugs. I have been clean from illicit opiates and any other drugs for three years and clean from Kratom for over 8 months.

This was either my 5th or 6th brixadi shot (64mg).

I take 6mg clonazepam a day, 1 in the am and 2 at the same time at bed. 1200mgs of gabapentin a day (600 in the morning and 600 in the evening) and 100mgs of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) every night.

I DO abuse large amounts of zolpidem (insufflated) as much as 200-250mgs a night when I am capable of obtaining enough to do them it’s usually about 5x a month I do 20-30 of the 10mg tablets in a single night.

I also eat a LOT of everything bagels I’m a big guy 6ft6 300lbs I eat two of them at a time once or twice a week sometimes more. I am saying this because of the poppy seed reference.

Aside from all of this I was on ozempic for about 6 months but stopped it about two months ago. Coincidence? Did it cause liver damage? Because I read liver disease/damage can excrete something that causes morphine and codein to possibly show on a UA.

I am just throwing all of this out there so that whoever takes the time to read this has a full and as detailed picture as possible into my life pertaining to this positive drug test because to be very honest it’s driving me absolutely insane that these two drugs showed up and the PA was very dismissive of the Benadryl information I googled right in front of her and how it is very well known to cause false positives for the aforementioned drugs at NORMAL doses of 25mgs. I take 4x that a night EVERY night.

Can ANYONE shed some light on this? Any ideas? I do not take anything off the street. I do not buy anything and I know for a fact I did not ingest morphine or codeine (knowingly) anyway.

However what’s throwing me off is that the four prior tests did not show these drugs and everything I’ve mentioned I do/take/eat has not changed. So if it didn’t show in the past why would it now? The only thing that HAS changed is stopping the ozempic a month or so prior to that specific test.

If none of the above caused a false positive then the only conceivable thing I can think of is I somehow was either accidentaly exposed to it somehow or came into contact with something that it was on and my skin absorbed it OR and this I doubt, I was spiked with it for some weird alternate reality reasons. 🤷‍♂️

Last time i smoked was october 18th, Im not a heavy smoker maybe once or twice a week before then. Do you think I would pass a test by then? i’m always drinking water

I just went to do a drug test and I could’ve swore I saw the nurse scoop some pee out of the toilet to also test for my medical job. Please let me know if this is even possible to do or has this ever happened to you? Freaking out

i recently passed my urin drug test for cannabinoids (cut off 15ng).

The lab test also shows creatinine results and they are lower then the range they should be in. (400-2780) and i have 398 mg/L.

So i did not try to cheat and drink a hell lot of water. And my muscle mass isnt super low too. I used creatin monohydrate, the weeks before the test, but shouldnt this elevate my creatinine result?

Im a bit worried that they will insult me with cheating because of the low result. I did not .. Male 29

SWIM has a pre employment screen this week. They took a fairly heavy dose last Saturday. Home tests have come up negative for the last couple of days but the package says the cutoff for AMP is 1000 mg/ml and MDMA is 500 ng/ml. The LabCorp site says the 5 panel cutoff is 500 for amphetamine but MDMA isn't mentioned. Are they good?

I've bought several drug test and keep pissing dirty. I haven't smoked in 5 months and I keep getting positive reads. I went to a health clinic for a more accurate drug test and the instant panel said I failed but they sent it to the lab and it came back negative. What's going on here?

I have this friend who works a 7 day on 7 day off roster. Now at his workplace they do at times subject employees to random drug tests. They're rare, but they do still happen nonetheless.

Now apparently their drug testing involves a urine drug test and the cut off is 15 ng/mL. My friend keeps telling me that because he smokes super infrequently (think maybe once every 2 - 3 months) and he has a fast metabolism and he's lean and fit, if he has one or two smokes on day one or two of his week off and then gives himself 5 days, he should be safe and clean on the first day he comes back to work. This seems a bit risky to me, but he keeps insisting that I'm over paranoid and that over people at his work follow similar logic to his and have no issues.

Plus people keep telling me different opinions, so I'm unsure.

So I guess my question is, if he smokes as infrequently as he does, would he likely be clean to pass a urine test with a 15 ng/mL cutoff if he gives himself 5 days? Or is he unessecarily playing with fire?

So, I have just a regular checkup/ physical on Monday and my mom will want them to do a blood test. I haven't smoked in about 17 days (October 29th) as I mainly smoked carts/ disposables before then. I smoked every night once a day, from September 29th and stopped on October 13th. Would I be considered a regular user? For reference, l'm 5'2, (F), and weigh about 125 lbs. By the day of the test it will be about 23 days of not vaping. Will it show up in my blood test? And if so what can I do now (6 days) before my test to get it out of my system?

So I have a drug test at Lapcorp it’s non DOT for a job. I just found out so I really don’t have time to detox have about 4 days I just started smoking regularly in August and I’m 5’1 and 95 pounds but still don’t think I have enough time. I bought quick fix and a thermometer but I’m so nervous it will come up as inconclusive or something I know a bunch of people who have used it and passed but I can’t rely on my own pee and don’t have anyone who I can get pee from. What’s the chances lapcorp says it’s synthetic/inconclusive?
