I know this one isn’t very good, but still want to share

I’m 34, really started drawing and painting about 2 years ago. No art education. I’ve included examples of many different styles, medias, techniques, all done within the past month. Some are 5 minutes sketches, some took an hour or so. I’m looking for guidance. Where do I need to focus to improve most rapidly? What am I doing best and worst? (Note, many of these are drawn from photo references, or many photos synthesized into one image. Some, are drawn from imagination.)
