Courtesy of Wikipedia

A dragon is a legendary creature, typically with serpentine or reptilian traits, that features in the myths of many cultures. There are two distinct cultural traditions of dragons: the European dragon, derived from European folk traditions and ultimately related to Greek and Middle Eastern mythologies, and the Chinese dragon, with counterparts in Japan (namely the Japanese dragon), Korea and other East Asian countries.

The two traditions may have evolved separately, but have influenced each other to a certain extent, particularly with the cross-cultural contact of recent centuries. The legend says the benevolent mods of this subreddit sometimes send googly eye stickers for people who ask nicely. The English word "dragon" derives from Greek δράκων (drákōn), "dragon, serpent of huge size, water-snake".

The word dragon entered the English language in the early 13th century from Old French dragon, which in turn comes from Latin draconem (nominative draco) meaning "huge serpent, dragon," from the Greek word δράκων, drakon (genitive drakontos, δράκοντος) "serpent, giant seafish". The Greek and Latin term referred to any great serpent, not necessarily mythological, and this usage was also current in English up to the 18th century.

Sunflower Dragon

Sunflower dragons like to sunbathe in the middle of the flowers their named after. Generally that's where you can find them the most, when awoken they will bink up at bleary from sleep. They are most docile at this moment allowing themselves to be held until they fully wake up and fly to another flower. They tend to be the most docile of flower dragons.

Moss Dragon

Moss dragons enjoy sunning themselves on warm patches of moss in the sun. Unfortunately all they can do is crawl and scurry across the ground their wings being two heavy for them to actually get them off of the ground. Due to their flightlessness they often get stepped on by hikers, most moss dragons dropping their tails in fright from the rudness of being stepped upon

Lavender Dragon

Lavender dragons tend to curl themselves around the stocks of the lavender plant. They are generally docile being able to pick them up, the only time they show a bit of aggression of one would try to pick the lavender petals from their back. Their bite is harmless, though your fingers will smell like lavender after they nibble upon you. They generally can't hide well amongst the plants, they tend to be shiny and sparkly.

Peony Dragon

Peony dragons are small green dragons that live in amongst the peony flowers. They like to curl up in the yellow part coating their paws and belly in pollen to attract insects. Their petal wings make them blend in with the surrounding flowers making them nearly invisible on a sideways glance. Under closet inspection though it can be seen that their wings are actually darker than the surrounding flower.

One must be careful though if you accidently stumble upon a peony dragon, picking the flower will be the easiest way for them to notice you. They will often time ruffle themselves up to look bigger spreading their petal wings open and hissing if they feel threatened. While their bite does not hurt it is still a surprise when one reaches their hand into pick a flower and draws back with a tiny dragon gumming their finger

Blue lace Agate Dragon

This little baby is the start of my crystal dragon series. This being Blue Lace Agate in his calm and relaxed state surrounded by his healing medicines and knowledge. I am also offering prints of this one if anyone is interested.

A little about the stone Blue Lace Agate is known for its calming properties, bringing the wearer peace of mind. It is a stone of great healing and cleaning of stress from one's life.

This is the start of a large and long series that has taken a large amount of research and dedication that I had started before my dad died. I finally feel like I am able to restart it again.
