Hello, my roommates I was subletting from are expecting me to be out this week because the landlord sold the house. I was first told the end of the month and now I’m being told this week as my roommates have already found a place to move into. I was- unbeknownst to me and the landlord- living there illegally as they lied to me when I was moving in and never told the landlord I was living there. The landlord told me this when I found his and his wife’s information online and contacted them about the sudden eviction. The landlord wants me gone when they leave since I’m not on the lease. I have enough to put my stuff in storage and for a few days in a motel. I tried to see if I could do Airbnb or motels full time but they’re all charging $2000+. I only make 17.88 an hour. I’ve contacted shelters and there’s a 6-8 week waitlist. Is there anyone who could help? Whether that be by donation or if you know of someone renting an apartment or room? Or even someone looking for someone to cook, clean, childcare, pet care?

I am a nursing student in need of assistance paying my rent.
