First...you guys don't get nearly enough kudos. I'm the type of guy who worked this job in my teens and 20s, and I get it...the public sucks. Thank you for what you do.

My question is concerning the emergency pizza and the 50% off sale. If I was to place an order for pickup on the app. Can I use both my free emergency pizza and also order a couple of 50% pizzas for the same order? Or would one cancel out the other?

I delivered it and tried calling the customer but it was sent to voicemail so I left a voicemail saying their pizza was delivered and left. Come to find out they had used a gift card to pay for part of the order but the rest was unpaid. And for some reason it let them put it as contactless. So now I owe $17. (Side note: I am new so I’m not completely familiar with the system)

Last week I tried ordering Dominos. It wouldn't allow me to log in. Just stalled. We then went for KFC. It says products aren't there when I clicked on them. So I gave up. Tonight, same thing from Dominos, KFC, Taco Bell.

Some of you younger people have an idea about what I can do to order some Dominos?

Ordered today and was surprised to see I have a month to redeem my emergency pizza rather than just a day.

What does your store/franchise use for mileage? Our drivers are asking which is more used since we just converted to another one.

I am starting soon as a delivery driver and I was wondering if the app counts leaving a YouTube video on or music as activity or if it can even do that. I’m hoping I can listen to soemthing without it counting it as some sort of activity

The pan pizza is my go to whenever I get dominos, I like the thick crust and the chewiness of it. But I feel like whenever I order it from my locations it’s always a huge hit or miss. Sometimes it feels like it hasn’t been baked enough, so I order one well done. But then it nearly completely dries up the dough, and makes it weirdly not as thick? So I stopped ordering it well done and just pray I’ll get the pan pizza that’s cooked just right that’s not a little undercooked or somehow been in the oven for too long. Sometimes it’ll show up super over cooked anyway ??

I try not to complain bc I have worked fast food before so I get that labor cost can be a pain and the pizzas are still good. I only complain if 1) the order has been messed up beyond forgiveness (you’d be surprised how much many times I’ve been handed a pan pizza that’s been? Dropped to the floor? And I’m like hello?), or 2) if the customer service has been really brutal and humiliating that I want a compensation. ( I’ve had drivers who’s been complete jerks straight to my face and make it It’s somehow MY fault when my pizza arrives , well, like It’s been fallen to the floor. I once had a driver give me a pizza where literally the BOX was broken and open and my pizza was spilling out….)

But I’m still bewildered how much of a hit or miss the pan pizza is for me. Is it just the quality of the service ? Is it really a case of people not knowing how to make a pan pizza ? Does it depend on the hour of the day ? Is the pan pizza just that sort of annoying to make? I’m just so confused.

How much time does it add to do a pan peesa well done? Felt like dudes in there were stressing already & one of the other customers were being rude about the app being inaccurate

I ordered 2 pizzas, bread bites, and specialty chicken. They gave me 1 WRONG pizza, brownies in a fucking pizza box, and my bread bites/chicken... Like you get those two details and nothing else correct? I'm so fucking pissed I sat in my car for 30 minutes waiting for the tracker to finish just to get home to this bullshit.

I run the best store in my district. 5 start store hit all my bonuses and every employee gets to eat whatever they want. If a customer pays cash we do t ring it up and keep the $. We all make a lot of $ and we all been here for 10-15yrs. None of my employees go hungry or broke and that's why they work their assessment off and keep my store pristine. Reading others posts make me grateful for where I work and the people I have that work for me. Highest profit in the area with a smooth work environment.
