The Vegi Supreme with "regular" cheese has 91g of protein in a Large, whereas a Vegi Volcano has "extra" cheese but only 82g of protein?

How does this work, I would've thought the cheese would add quite a bit more, no mind reduce it? Are we being scammed?

I left before it got crazy as I was the opener, but I heard we were 150 pizzas down.

Last year was my first Halloween at Domino's and I had been there about 5 months. I wasn't familiar with what "pizzas down" meant but I remember it was pretty crazy. Which is why I asked for an opening shift this year. The GM didn't want to but he owed me a favor from the week prior. I do have to work 6 days this week but I'll take it over working Halloween after 5pm.

We closed at midnight. Poor dude. It's been a hell of a day/night.

had my first halloween as a driver today and it was brutal.

but man, i felt awful for the insiders

we had every insider that works at the store working today (which is a total of 7 people), and they were just slammed. we eventually had to tell people we were looking at 2-3 hours+ just for carry outs. the phones were constantly ringing, customers were waiting inside getting pissed and wanting to cancel their order, the oven was just flowing with stuff for 5 hours straight.

we survived though and got through it all. it was unreal, a huge shoutout to my inside crew and all other inside crews that got through that, i could barely take it despite getting to get on the road every now and then. i could never imagine being inside that whole time. y'all are the real MVPs

this is our first time getting over $4k in a day ever and it beats our old record by $294 and our old thursday record by $1,241z

for the whole day we had 3 managers, 1 insider, and 5 drivers, and rush was 3-4 drivers, 1 insider, and 2 managers

I've been a driver at a very busy location for a little over 6mo. I have one other write up under my belt because I had to get a new car with a limited time deal during a shift I was suppose to be at. I wasn't going to be able to afford another car otherwise, after my first one got destroyed by theives..

That's on me. I'm otherwise on time, show up for every shift, even take shifts regardless of my busy life, and I work moderately well.

Well today, during a delivery, I saw a dog walking around the road and looked scared and severely injured. I love dogs and have personally seen a lot of shit in Texas. I couldn't abandon him.

I got him in my car, dropped him off with my husband so he could take him to the vet nearby, then went back to work.

The whole ordeal took maybe 30 min? I live 2min from work.

I know Halloween is the busiest night. It's not like I was trying to get out of work. I did everything I can to hurry back.

Anyway, manager was mad. Said it was unacceptable and wrote me up. Said I would be fired if I abandoned my work again, or something to that effect.

I told her I'm not willing to forfeit my humanity for Domino’s. It doesn't even pay my mortgage, ffs. I don't even get health benefits.

She said I could have just called animal control or minded my own business.

Growing up in Texas, I'm deeply traumatized in regards to animals. People dumped dogs or put them in bags/boxes in the middle of the road. I seen a lot of fucked up shit.

I always pulled over to try and help. Always took dogs to vets. The animal control either did nothing or took them to be euthanized within hours.

But what do you think? Am I being too sensitive or immature?

Hi, after long search of jobs I got a job at dominos canada, they have a 90 day probation period bur if you make one mistake like messing up an order or doing something wrong, do you get fired right away? And is there a test at the end of probation period?

Orders and etc are coming in just fine, but I can’t log into the computers nor do my orders show up on my driver app. Is this just what to expect on holidays? 😭

Now usually prepped like this. Usually it's a regular cheese pepperoni with some sauce drizzled over it. The was like almost baked in or whatever. I ordered Alfredo sauce as the base per usual, too.

Can the Domino’s veterans chime in and let me know how busy the night before Halloween gets? I know it’s supposed to be crazy tomorrow so do you think it’s going to be slower tonight? I’m dreading going in cuz I had some driver call outs and I have to train a driver to close. I have no luck finding drivers and I asked everyone I can. I just need to know if I’m gonna get my ass handed to me two nights in a row.
