Haven't ordered in a while, but always loved it in years past. Got two larges, wings, and some of the loaded chicken bites.

The wings are just awful now. Soggy breading, chewy chicken, and watered down buffalo sauce. You don't even get one dipping sauce now? Wth lol

The chicken bites has toppings on about 20% of them, otherwise dealable.

The pizzas (one regular one thin crust) both were super burnt, and oddly the regular seems like well less dough than it used to be.

The wings really were about as bad as it gets and ultimately we're depressing as that's basically all I really wanted and ended up getting the rest for the fam as justification to get the wings for myself.

I don't fault the workers, I fault corporate and their decisions to end up here. Absolutely will not be going back. I remember years ago they changed up trying to draw back in customers. I'm assuming times must be tough and they're lessening again on quality abroad to keep revenue up, again. I won't be surprised when I see this brand die at this point

Firstly, do the drivers at your store make less than minimum wage while on the road? And second, if all drivers deliver in personal vehicles because the store wants to get rid of the company cars, who gets the 4.99 delivery fee?

I love my local Domino's. The food is always fantastic, but tonight was especially top notch.

No leftovers, oops... Should've ordered more, I guess! Store manager Cory in MN made tonight's delicacy. Thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers and extra cheese, cooked to perfection. I sincerely hope Cory is having a good one. They know how to make a damn good za. I also left a 5 star review and a positive comment on the order.

Saw someone in here the other day talking about how when you're on oven you don't have time to make it look pretty. Today I fully agree with that. 2.5k day at 5 pm. All my wings came out lookin like SHIT. All that mattered to me is that I got ts out.

No other take out restaurant I go to has this policy. Last time I was there there was an issue with the receipt printer, no one to attend to it, I spent 10 minutes standing there waiting to sign. Makes me not want to deal with Domino’s anymore

For months I have been unsuccessful in entering an order online or via the app. I've tried multiple payment methods, and decreasing amount of order, nothing works. I've confirmed no issues with any of the payment methods tried.

The store has never been able to rectify the issue. Their solution is always, "come into the store to make payment and pick up my order.". They also can't match online coupons. This defeats the purpose of home delivery!

I cannot express the frustration of spending an hour or so trying to put in an order each and every time to end up giving up and just ordering elsewhere. Frustrated and hungry kids!

I find it ridiculous that I cannot speak to a live person, other than the store who obviously cannot help, Dot the bot, or email corporate (1,000 characters max)! I called the corporate number and an automated message stated that I should call the store and hung up on me. What the hell has Dominos done to their customer service? It is non-existent! I don't know if it has always been like this as I've never tried reaching out to them before. But damn! I have never experienced, "no customer service"!

We eat out/order in at least once a week. Dominos is my wife's 1st pick so we'll always get Dominos at least once a month. That's an average of $1200 per year!

It seems we will never be able to get Dominos delivered! Sadly, their loss!

I find it very, very sad, that a consumer has to go thru all this just to order food!

I really miss Pizza Hut :(

Sometimes when I order pizza from Domino’s, I’ll get an email from them apologizing for me not liking my food and then offering me a free pizza. I don’t know why this happens?! I literally never complain. The delivery drivers are great and I always tip a very good amount. I called one time and asked if it affected the driver or deduct from their tip, but they said no. So I’m just confused! I mean, don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with a free pizza but I don’t want their stores manager to flip out on the staff or something.

Wtf happened to the half and half for dominos uk, it’s off the menu and I can’t find it anywhere, Is there a reason it’s removed? I loved getting a half and half it was super helpful for me and my boyfriend sharing a large etc. it just seems like it’s squeezing extra money out for people who want two.

If your ordering to campus, make sure you give us-

The right phone number, where on campus it's going, a name (people try to steal orders that are paid for) and actually answer your phone. Like you ordered pizza of course an unknown number is calling you 30 mins later. Answer it.

Why did the app let me order and tell me the store was open, and then 20 minutes later my order was cancelled?

Our store has started this back. It's no longer in the toppers but on our driver's app. Do you have any helpful hints? It pings me for hard braking, just going down some rough driveways.

Cost the guy $60 before tip. People who pay the full menu price without any coupons, do you know what you're doing? Do you think a banana costs $10?

So I always tip through the app because I never carry cash. I noticed today that even though I tip they only charge the exact amount even though the receipt sent to my email shows I added tip. I also realized the receipt in person only shows the exact amount. Have I unintentionally been a douchebag not tipping? Not sure if it’s a glitch or if they actually aren’t receiving the tips. I order a lot, I would feel bad plus there were times I ordered in bad weather and tipped extra.

they started to specify joggers a little more this year, and i’m getting run arounds on my questions about it. they say it can’t be “sweatpants material” but won’t tell me what material it can be? i was thinking scrub material. if i found black scrubs with a cinched ankle would it be acceptable?
