Hi everyone!
I’m a recent graphic design graduate and I’ve just started working on my portfolio on Behance. I’m always looking to improve my skills and would greatly appreciate any feedback, advice, or critiques from this community.
Here’s the link to my portfolio: behance.net/habibahaniatalla
I’m open to new ideas and tips for improving my work and how to present it. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi everyone,
I'm working on a personal branding sign and would love some feedback. My main line of work is graphic design, though I’m also studying front-end development with hopes of transitioning in the future.
The concept revolves around my initials - M and R - designed in a style inspired by graffiti tags, painter signatures, and maker's mark monograms. Right now, I’m focused on establishing the general geometric form. I want it to be versatile to a degree, adaptable across different visual contexts without being tied to specific colors or patterns.
I’d appreciate any feedback and advice on how to improve the design.
Duplicating this from r/graphic_design since I got no answers there.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been in UI/UX design for 6+ years, and I’m now looking to convert my designs into website templates and sell them for passive income. There are a few platforms I’m considering—Framer, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace—but I’d love some insights from those who’ve actually sold templates.
👉 Which platform do you think is the best for selling templates in terms of:
From what I understand:
For those of you who have experience selling templates, which platform has worked best for you? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Thanks in advance! ;)
Hi Everyone! I'm applying for a IxD bachelors program and 100% of the admissions process is based on my portfolio. For context - I'm 39 years old and my background is from being a small business owner developing 3 consumer physical goods. My VERY new to design thinking and IxD but fell in love with the topic once I dove into it, so much so that i want to get a degree in IxdD.
With that said, can someone please review my portfolio and tell me if it looks okay or sucks? It's based on a product that I actually developed and improved upon a few years ago before I even knew what design thinking was. It's about 90%ish percent done...there's just a few more things I need to add to it but I want to make sure I'm on the right track.
Also, my apologies if the portfolio looks like crap. This is my first time making one! Thank you!
Here is the portfolio: Infuser Water Bottle
This is what the school is looking for. I think I answered all of the requirements?
2. Show your process. How did you go from problem or concept to solution? Show your brainstorms, research, sketches, user tests and photos to visualize your process.
3. Tell a good story. Use language, visual hierarchy and design to make your portfolio engaging and easy to understand.
I know I can just change the colors, but I am curious if I am truly colorblind here and want to know how this looks:
I am making this for a client. what do you think about this poster for his social profiles.
Hello all!
I'm currently a second year design student looking for internships and I recently "completed" my portfolio after staring at it for far too long haha. Right now my existing experience is more in marketing/promotional materials but my end goal is UX/UI so it feels like I'm in a really awkward spot and that might reflect in my portfolio.
I also feel like my portfolio is too restricting and I have a couple other projects that I could showcase that I'm debating on putting my website for the sake of showing that I'm more versatile as a designer (one is a motion graphics intro sequence and the other is a daily 30 day Illustrator challenge that could showcase my style/graphic design versatility).
Anyways without talking too much here it is, I would love fresh eyes and constructive criticism: aaroncdesign.com
