Advice on home office in new house

Hi everyone!

As my title mentions, I bought a house (my first one) and want to get some advice on setting up my office.

In the attached image showing the measurements, the 61" outcrop is a closet.

I have 2 desks I'd like to use. A standing desk for work (23x58.5) and a desk for my gaming setup (31.5x63).

Thanks in advance for the input.

Help My Living Room

This room has always been a mess and while my husband is on break I want to move furniture but I'm not sure of the best layout.

The problem is the only out vent for the heat is behind the couch and next to the front door on the floor is the intake.

I can't really afford to buy anything right now because we had to renovate the basement.

And no the trampoline isn't usually here.

Any ideas would be great.
