Ingredients

For Marination

  • Mutton with Bones (Goat) 450 grams
  • Greek Yogurt/hung curd 3 tablespoons
  • Turmeric Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon

Ghee Roast

  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 3–4 pods Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 pods of Black Cardamom
  • 4-5 Pepper Corns
  • 1-2 small Bay Leaves
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 small pulped Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 and 1/4 cups Water

Did anyone have any issues with uric acid levels while starting keto ?

So my husband got tested few weeks ago and had very high uric acid levels - around 10.8. According to Dr Paul Mason from the Low Carb Down Under channel, it’s not a concern and would eventually reduce after few weeks/months depending on how adapted one is to keto.

I was wondering if anyone had any similar experience.

Please suggest a good vegetarian diet for iron, vitamin B, and D deficiency

Recently, I got my blood test, and it says I have deficiencies in iron, vitamin B, and D. I want to make my diet balanced and nutritious. Please help me suggest easy recipes for all three meals and juices, smoothies, etc. I can also eat eggs. My breakfast usually includes kala chana, fruits, and besan chilla. I drink regular keurig pod cup coffee with 10% Lactose free Half and Half and Stevia

Ive read about Bullet Proof coffee, read about mixing butter, MCT oil ( unsure what it is ). Do you mix cream in it? whats so special about it, why add butter and oil

Easy Ketogenic Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe

Stir-fries are one of my favorite (and easiest) dishes to make during weeknights when I want to eat something light but tasty. Today I have got you a recipe that is a great meal if you have a diet regime, whether Keto or non-Keto.

Baked meatballs of chicken fillet with garnish with quinoa and boiled broccoli.

Overall:

  • Easy, delicious, and healthy Keto-friendly stir-fry recipe.
  • Ready in 20 minutes with minimal effort and one pan to clean.
  • Great for both Keto and non-Keto diets.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (200g)
  • Sesame oil (2 tbsp)
  • Broccoli florets (200g)
  • Ginger (1 tbsp, finely chopped)
  • Garlic (1 tbsp, finely chopped)
  • Chicken broth (1 cup)
  • Soy sauce or coconut aminos (2 tbsp)
  • Red chili flakes and spring onion greens (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Optional additions:

  • Green and red bell peppers
  • Mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in hot sesame oil until brown, then set aside.
  3. Sauté ginger and garlic, then add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.

  5. Cover and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
