Hi. I listened to Flies once while on something, either weed or psychedelics, and as the song span, the white wires of my Apple electronics had rainbow currents moving through them.
Not trolling, but is it possible to make music that consistently does that? How did they do it?
In this video
When my boyfriend first showed me Death Grips it sounded like random noise put together with no thought and a homeless man screaming. I still think that, but now I understand something after he explained it to me.
People like Death Grips for 2 reasons:
A) They want to look like they are deep / sophisticated by enjoying obnoxiously loud music that sounds like two robots having sex
B) Ironically because of the memes / community
I think I fall into category B & consider myself a fan of Death Grips now. The community is honestly really cool & a lot of the memes to come out of Death Grips are very legendary so I definitely think they deserve popularity based on that alone.
yea ik i did a terrible job but i tried 💀😭

I don’t know if this has been posted on here before but here’s an excerpt from Tyler, The Creator’s ‘Golf Book - Cherry Bomb Issue’ where he mentions Death Grips. Thought this was pretty interesting.
10 year gripper, long time lurker here. Have ya'll heard of this dude? Found this album a couple days ago, not really an album, pretty short. Really reminds of an Instrumental Government plates.
The Fear by DEATH GRIPS
I’ve always heard it as “I feel too sick to die” when I first heard it. Am I the only one?
It sounds like the only album with mostly live drums and mixed percussive samples
