Where to Shop?

And I specifically want that visual kei/fantasy Asian inspired clothing, not the tech core/military look.

But I’m curious what are some decent stores to shop from that isn’t Yohji Yamamoto? Cause as a student, I can’t afford to buy clothings that are over $60 a piece.

And I also need clothes to keep me warm through the northern cold and I do plan to use them on regular basis!

Plus size pants?

I'm very sorry, it's one of those "recommendations plz" posts again. I'm looking for brands with good plus size pants/cargos; I'm short, so ideally something ajustable around the ankles (I'm also a woman but I don't really care, I'd wear men pants). Even cargo joggers will do. I think I'll add straps or stuff myself. Less than 150 euros please. Thanks!

(Also, unrelated but if you have affordable jewelry suggestions I'm very interested!)

Female Darkwear Basics

Hello!

I'm starting to build a darkwear wardrobe and am wondering what basics to grab? I see a lot of black, tight layers typically so I'm thinking long sleeve tops, long sleeve crop tops, sleeveless black tops, leggings, tapered cargos. Just wondering if anyone had anything to add? TIA!

Don't buy from Neo4ic

Can't leave a review for them anywhere else so I'm settling for here.

Edit: Sizing and confusing processes aside, I think the owner's comments speak for themselves about their customer service. If you have an issue, he'll just change the website and gaslight you about it :)

I don't recommend buying from Neo4ic. I recently bought their Teknia Sling bag. The bag is alright, other than the front having a baffling slit. I thought it was a defect, because it looks like an accidental cut in the bag, but no, it's intentional. I'm not sure which listed feature it's supposed to be but I guess if you want to store stuff in the lining of the bag you can?

Maybe my main issue is my fault. The strap size isn't listen on the product page but the strap is adjustable and I'm the size of the model (smaller girl) so that shouldn't be an issue right? Wrong. It's over a foot too long. It's absurdly big. Even if I take out the strap rings and connect the clasps to the hole in the strap (scraping the paint off those rings as I go, because they are cheaply coated split rings), it's still way too big. The model had to have been holding 12"+ of extra strap in front of her because the bag is "uniquely designed to hang vertically on the back when active." Even empty, the top of the bag won't sit at the top of my shoulder with that much extra strap, it's going to sit under my armpit. But honestly, my bad for not looking at all the other model photos on Instagram where a huge dude wears the bag loose instead of as designed.

I paid for the extra "bag protection and free returns for store credit" service without realizing they already offer free returns for store credit (they changed the website to add a restocking fee now). I submit a return on Shopify, where I checked out and it says they'll let me know when my return it processed. 3 weeks pass. I email letting them know I'm about to submit a credit card charges back when they send me a link to the actual return portal " to make things as seamless as possible" that's listed on their website (I couldn't find it, I looked at their return FAQ and return policy page a bunch of times). No apology or answer to why there's an entirely separate, unused return section on the website where I actually paid for the item? Easily the worst returns process I've dealt with in a while.

And their answer to the strap size is that they "did make it adjustable to try and accommodate as many people as we could but there is only so small we can make the strap size unfortunately" but considering I'm the size of the model I'm not sure how that makes sense. Also the strap only doubles on half of it, so it could've been made more adjustable.

Maybe you'll have a better experience with their shirts or something, but I wouldn't recommend them personally. I could've saved myself $80 and a lot of time.

Quality Shops

Hi All!

I am super fresh here, and looking to create a Kuro/Tech/Cyber outfit for cosplay or similar, but also to have pieces I can just wear, especially fashionable for Japan travel in winter.

I know there are a million drop shippers out there, I always reverse image search to check. I do really like the aesthetic of some of the places though, but everyone says not to shop at them as the quality is rubbish. The problem is no one ever suggests where to actually go instead haha.

Is there a list, or can anyone please suggest some great places to go for gear. I live in Australia, so some local options would be amazing, but of course online is perfect too! I'm talking all of it, pants, jackets, headwear, shoes and accessories.

Appreciate you all so much in advance for your help!
