Extra Character boards except Characters expansion?
Hi Guys!
I am wondering did anyone make extra characters board aside from characters expansion? Just curious!
Our group loves this board game (we play with a complete home rules overhaul) and it seems we are getting bored of base characters + character expansion. Maybe there are some custom-made ones?

Gaping holes on gaping dragon.
Considering what I've read about the quality of some models in this game, I shouldn’t have been surprised. But with most of my modeling experience coming from Kingdom Death: Monster, I was absolutely appalled and shocked when building the Gaping Dragon. The amount of flash I had to cut away just to get parts to fit—even poorly, with huge gaps needing filler—was ridiculous.
This game isn’t brand new, so many of you have probably encountered the same issues, but I was genuinely shocked. I picked up the game with about eight expansions for 120 euros. However, if I’d paid full price when it first released, I’d have been incredibly disappointed and would likely have reached out to the company to request a replacement."

What does this mean?
Is the damage direct to the enemy's life or is it subtracted from the enemy's defense? And if so, is it magic damage?

Question about painting figures
Any body have any advice on removing the bases to make painting easier , I don’t h e an air brush kit so need to use a brush but some of the figures such as dancer of the valley and the gargoyle are arching over the base so it’s hard to paint with it still attached
I’ve looked online but can’t see any info so would appreciate any advice

2 questions about rules.
Hello or good evening.
I have two questions about the rules.
1: Concerning the ember, the damage is reduced directly on the monster's attack or after the parry (that is to say, if on an attack at 5, if I block 3 then I would take only 2 damage ?).
2 : Regarding this line page 29 "Characters on the node with a boss do not move when the boss is turned".
I don't understand, my character must stay in place during his activation after the boss has done his including a turned action ? Or simply when the boss has done a turned action, my character does not follow the movement of the Arc ?

Sleeves for cards?
Just started getting into the game, is it worth trying to track down small and normal seeves for the cards? I'd want to protect them but also worry that the treasure deck would be just ridiculously big when all the cards are sleeved

Deprived painted!
Painting the players. Started with the Deprived since I always go for this class. Before varnish, I'm debating painting the eyes or not. On one hand I like the less personality that having no eyes brings. More aim less and void. Eyes can look good but gives the character more personality. Might leave as is. Let me know what you think!
