Hi dudes,
I want to start Aeldari or Drukhari for being my next army.
Warhammer started for me when my uncles gave me away the third edition box of 40K: Black Templars vs Dark Eldars.
Could you please help me how to know the name of the squad in order to look the paint scheme to apply in one of the arctual armies?
I share with you the best quality pic I found.
Thanks in advance
I’m building 2 starter forces for friends I’ve worked with 1 and have a solid plan for the csm 2 warpsmiths, 2 chaos mobs, 2 forgefiends, vindicator and a venomcraeler.
For the dark eldar they want to lean pirate heavy, so I have Corsairs and getting a combat patrol. I need about 500 more points, is a second combat patrol a good idea I know it’s good value but I feel it will be unbalanced in chaos favor.
I am getting back into 40k and always had a craving to collect Drukhari. I’ve been watching a few battle reports combined with models that I’m interested in (particularly the Tantalus).
Open to any comments or criticism as keen it’s effective but fun!

Hello fellow denizens of the dark city, as the title says, I look for audio books that feature Dark Eldar. Either as protagonist, support or focus to learn more about them. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
For context, I was invited to an RP group that basically RPs the day in the life of a House in Commorragh (It’s a private RP server, so no you can’t join)
I was thinking of creating a Sniper-like character, but from my research, I’m not really finding a class that specifically deals in long range weapons like Craftworld Eldar do. Do the Dark Eldar have something similar? I found this a picture of a Dark Lance gun, but I don’t know if thats just a standard weapon for Dark Eldar or if there is a specific sniper class.
Sorry if this question is cringe, I’m still learning about 40K, my literal only exposure to it has been through my friends and TTS.
So I've made a few lists (Genestealer, and Tau) but didn't have fun with play testing them for ten games, my friend told me if have fun painting and playing the Dark Eldar, can you fine people please tell me the pros and cons? I prefer peoples help not just a google search
Do you guys think an army of human mercenaries working in Commoragh would be too far out there as an army idea, or a cool concept that could reasonably exist within the fluff? (They would be void nomads that have never been part of the imperium)
All the space marine subs are going at each other in a meme war, WE want YOU to hit the white scars on the 18th. Please
I'm looking to start DE, coming over from craftworlds and TS. I saw some used incubi, warriors, and a couple raiders and venoms at my flgs. I could use some help building a 1000pt list around those units that can hang in matched play, but also fun for crusade. Thanks in advance for any advice you have.
What happens if a haemonculus clones a dead Deldar, but it turns out that they didn't actually die? Do they end up with a twin, or does the entire process fail?
How do you tackle Necrons or Tyranids? Also, between the raider and venom, which is superior in your opinion? And are ravagers worth it (looking for best anti-tank units, too!)? Thanks in advance! It's been a while!
My nephew wanted to start another army and he picked the dark eldar. I know nothing about this faction. What units should he be looking to add to his army? We only play with friends so were not really competitive but I want him to at least stand a chance.
Looking at battle foam magna racks for travel, does the 352 travel well and is easy to get in and out of overhead compartments? I've never taken models on a plane before, and I don't want to be forced to check the bag last minute and want to protect my models as much as possible. Worried i may have to turn it on its side, which I'm not a fan of.
It's just that right now roster of available options seems rather lacking diversity-and-flavour-wise.
