Why FSA is still listed on maps?

I keep seeing maps especially by RIC that show an area controlled by FSA, are they actually still around? Who is in charge? Why are they around Palmyra specifically? How do they view the other actors (HTS, SNA, SDF)? And why did they not make any advancements like everyone else?
