Hey all, dad here with limited time to grind. Just after some advice on the best way forward. Currently running max rolls minion build with the aspects I can get my hands on. Just wondering what the best way to farm is? Just for things like missing aspects, ring of mendeln etc
Can anyone recommend links to the best spirit wave builds for this season? Thanks!
Found a necro build I like on a chinese site and ran it through Google translate, but some of the tempers say Horrid damage and Havoc damage. I'm guessing that's vulnerable and overpower but just wanted to be sure before I make changes to my build
Hi! So I rock a blood surge minion build. As in deathspeaker pendant, starless skies, blood moon breaches, and cruor's embrace.
The rest are legendaries I tried to increase my power from. Doing pits until 64 very easily. Doing torment 3 very easily. Even if my resistancea are at like.. 25% all around.
Now, I tried doing pit 65 for T4. I can kill all the adds quick enough but the boss ass soke point just OS me and after 3 deaths the timer runs out. This is I replaced to of my items for ones with GA on fire res and on poison res. So during the T4 pit I an still at 70% fire and poison but down to 1 or 2% for the other resistances.. With only 420 something armor.
I can craft one mythic, so I was wondering which one to craft:
1 - Tyraels to have all my resistances to the max? And then focus on damage on my GA
2 - Should I just do shroud of FD and find more legendaries with a GA on the missing resistances I have but lose my max health GA?
3- Should I just use elemental resistance gems instead on jewelry to cover the missing ones? But I will lose my armor gems so should I find armor GA?
As of now in pit 65/T4 I'm at almost 9k health, 400-450 armor, and less 1 to 5 resistances unless I use the specific items with 75 resistance as mentioned.
Any help is much appreciated thank you!
I’m not sure which is better grandfather with GA on damage or using a wand and focus with blood attack speed and chance for double damage tempers. Both the wand and focus have GA intelligence and health.
Seems like grandfather may be doing more damage even tho attack speed is a tiny bit slower.
Using gore quills on my ring with starless and artisan chest max roll on everything including aspect.
Also have heir helmet.
Immortal afk necro for IH
Does anyone have an item with max roll fast blood aspect? I’ll buy/trade for it. Trying to complete my codex. Thanks 🫶 bnet: Whittaker#11361
I modified my minion build to reflect some of the changes you guys told me about on my last post!!! Please take a look and let me know if I made any mistakes or if you have any corrections, ideas, or anything else you'd like to tell me. Thank you!
I’m thinking about giving this a shot but play on a controller. Reading Maxroll it says to cast BP to corral groups of mobs. It’s easy to be selective with MK but with controller it’s basically just pointing in a direction and hoping. So before I respec into this can someone give me a read on how effective/painful it is with a controller?
Hello everyone Im still fairly new to the game and Im trying to understand a few things but while I was looking at the Maxroll guide for Blood Surge Necro, I found that it used the glyph Eliminator(Dmg to Elites) and not Control (Damage to CC enemies) I was wondering why so and if was ok to change from Eliminator to Control?
Can’t see anything definitive. I’ve done 85 with my minions so far and whisper cached an alt to 60 to make it easier to try other builds. Anyone have a general ranking 1 through however many builds there are?
Rolled an Ancestral Unique Doombringer. Just wondering if it's worth using for Blood Surge, or if the Mace & Focus combo is better.
I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. I noticed that my Ring of Mendeln was constantly triggering while standing still, and I was constantly being fortified (thanks to Chance for Minion Attacks to Fortify tempers).
From what I can see, Shademist Aspect ticks each second, and each tick counts as a full attack by each minion.
Smarter people than me may be able to figure out how this may interact on a more significant level, but I just hadn't seen it being used in any builds, and I'm thinking there's some neat way to factor in all the extra minion attacks in some way. 7 Skele, 5 Mages, and a Golem each doing a minion attack every second (even with no enemies in range) could probably do something. I understand lucky hits still aren't a thing, but I would still be there's synergy to be found.
Hello fellow Necro so every Season I played Necro full minion build golems and all the skelly yeah they are not the top of the tier list but that is the gameplay I enjoy and this Season they got a significant buffs... So this Season my target is to clear a Pit 100 solo so far I'm copying this build hes doing like maybe 20B max damage or more I almost have the exact build except the +6 on Hellbent and hes mages are +24 while mine is only 17 I think the max damage I saw with my poor eyesight on my build is only 8B... He got +11 on HC while I only got +4 does having a Hellbent amulet will tremendously boost my damage? Below is the build I'm using... TIA

Hello necromancers of the Diablo world. I'm looking to change the pace a little and switched from SB to Necro. Leveled a Necro to 60 yesterday and looking for a build to play.
I was particularly intriguiged by this Necro I saw, that had this... Path of blood running straight from his character, I was not able to inspect him as his profile was private.
Can someone point to what build this person was playing? And the pros and cons of the build?
Also, is minions viable for like.. end game?
If so, how did it do? What did it look like skill wise?
I made a minion build!!! I worked really hard on it. Please let me know your thoughts. So far I'm in the billions for damage and can clear about pit 90ish, but my glyphs are really low as I made a new toon two days ago in order to change my IGN. I am also not done masterworking (not even close...) and I'm level 268 at the moment. Thank you!
I'm running a sever build of my own creation, funny enough I looked up a few sever builds and it's nice to know we all came to a lot of the same conclusions lol. Anyway, I'm paragon 130 right now, I've had T3 unlocked since 110 but I can't fight in it worth a damn. I'm getting closer though! Anyway it made me think, when did yall get to T3 and were you able to run with it? Or did you have to go back and grind a bit?
Was all over the place with my equipment trying to do bone-spear minion. Have switched to corpse explosion with blight and decompose. My question now is, are any of these uniques I am using not "worth it"?
Black River Howl from below Mendeln and Sacrilegious soul rings (I do so very much like not pushing button) . Better options? Thanks
What is your guys' deal? I want help on my build and want to help others. People on the internet man. Say it to me in person.
Got a 4ga doombringer and looking for a build to use? Spirit wave or bone spirit? Tia
Don't have some mythics for the build (Perdition and ROSS). Have chance for primary resource on weapon and offhand. Have starlight aspect on a ring. Running Soulrift ultimate. Out of resource in 2 seconds. Is starlight still bugged, or just severely nerfed? How does one not constantly run out, but constantly be maxed for resource like every video online?
Just wondering if any of the end game meta builds play especially poorly on a controller. I haven't played necro since game launch and I remember there being some builds that really needed a mouse to excel and I'm just wondering if that's still an issue
Is there a chance for the spirits to travel faster?
Is still benefit from aspect of the Cursed Aura or decrepify rune
Does anyone have a 1GA+ for trade/sale. Any help appreciated.
It’s the only missing piece on my bone spirit build. I’ve been gambling obols like those old people at a slot machines…
Where has everyone else gotten theirs?
