Red velvet, cream cheese frosting, fudge cookies and caramel drizzle.
I am thinking about opening a small business on Etsy selling custom (and pre made) sprinkle mixes, do you guys think that would be something other people would be interested in?
Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla Italian buttercream with some pearls & coarse sugar.
A client asked if this was a stock image.
Absolutely not ma’am! I baked it, I frosted it, I styled it, I photographed it, I edited it!!!
She still went with another baker and told me my products were too expensive 🤣
I let my little sister and cousins pick the colours, they really tried to add blue to this green/purple/yellow colour scheme but I told them I didn’t have any blue food colouring(I did 🙊).
I’m really happy that I let them pick these colours because I wouldn’t have and I think they sofked really well together.
Let's say I have a shop in Nashville Tennessee US and London UK, and want to ship a dozen cupcakes that i sell for $5 each directly to a a customer in NYC, how would you recommend i go about packaging and shipping? Do I need to do overnight shipping or can I do standard 3-5 business days? Will the cupcakes hold up form and taste wise? What about for international shipping? How expensive is it to ship cupcakes?
I'd love to hear some of your experiences
Yeah I suck at it
Used a recipe I found online! Moist Chocolate cupcakes topped with chocolate sprinkles and Oreo!
My attempt at camo cupcakes lol
YOUR CUPCAKES ARE SO DELISH I WANT TO DEVOUR THEM UNTIL I PHYSICALLY PUKE AND DIE AND GET DIABETES
anyways, love yall and ur cupcakes 🩷✨
I made them for my 5 yo’s Descendants themed birthday party. They requested peppermint cake. So, I made peppermint cupcakes with a peppermint ganache filling and white chocolate peppermint buttercream. Of course, I had to include the flamingo feathers! I made them by hand, using fondant.
It was really fun, but now I’ve got the bug and want to bake all day!
I really want to nail down better icing and piping techniques. I’m thinking my frosting was too stiff bc it was a huge fight to break away after I piped out the smaller shapes.
Any suggestions or feedback?
Not thrilled with the hot pink on these. The package made it look closer to a blush. Tips and feedback welcome!
