We debated this on our podcast and it lead to an interesting theory. How elite could the Cronulla sharks be if you swapped Kalyn Ponga and Jackson Hastings for Nicho Hynes and William Kennedy? Hynes has some of the most elite talent around him in Nikora, Rudolph, Brailey, Ramien, Talakai, Mulitalo, and Katoa. Whereas Ponga also has some good talent, but not to nearly the same quality week in and week out.

I enjoyed having him here, was a raw talent and added some x-factor to the team, but fair enough if Newcastle can offer him a bigger role.
