Utaho no tatari age rating?

I was watching a YouTube video and the game utaho no tatari (the curse of utaho) was mentioned. I liked the sound of it and managed to find an English translation by MikoEffect (I would attach a link but it's against guidelines). Although, I can barely find any info on it and am starting to wonder about the age rating. I'm pretty sure I'll be fine with it, but I'm under 18 and wouldn't want to freak myself out too much lol. Anyone know the age rating/ can suggest one? Thanks:)

PS2 error screen that I have yet to see anyone else experience

Hi, I thought this would be a fitting place to share this experience that I had 10+ years ago. If there is a more fitting sub for this type of thing, please let me know!

I was playing Need For Speed Underground on my PS2 Slim one weekend. I was playing for about half an hour or so until the game froze. As with many freezes, the audio would repeat the last second of whatever came through your speakers before it froze and this was happening here, so I didn't think much of it.

As I waited for it to unfreeze, the screen went red and texts of various sizes and shades of red plastered the screen, all of which displayed the text "ERROR", with many of these texts overlapping each other. The text was legible as all of them were a darker shade of red than the background. During the time that this was displayed was on the TV, a continuous, low pitched beep could be heard rather loudly, even louder than the game I was playing. Needless to say, young me did not touch the console for quite some time after that.

Everyone has heard of and experienced the RSOD at least once in their life, but I have yet to see anyone talk about this specific error that I experienced. Surely I wasn't the only person in the world to experience such an error on the most sold video game console ever.

- No, I do not have a photo or footage of the error. ~9 year old me did not think that far ahead.

That's one of the variants of how neural network (manages the ghost's behaviour) in "Bureau of Contacts" horror game can react on the provocations.

I know ARGs/webseries get a bad rep here, but I am genuinely impressed by the extent the gamerunner behind this went to create an eery and detailed reinterpretation of Minecraft

Looking for a disturbing game I saw on YT

So a few years back I saw some kind of weird games compilation on YT.I remember seeing one that got my interest back then. It was some disturbing old game, all I remember from it is that somewhere there was a scene where 2 kids killed and ate their mother or something like that. By any chance, does someone know what the name of this game can be?

Among the sleep inspiration?

This is a game that is 100% lost and if you say it isn't real I can't blame you but I've seen this game before. The game starts you off in a house kinda like they do in tattle tail with the objective of surviving. You are put in a dark house with a blue auora everywhere in 3rd person with a teddy bear (not a Alive one this game is NOT among the sleep) you walk around a big house trying to out maneuver the monster the tell that the monster is near by Is its glowing yellow eyes that stare at you from the darkness waiting to pounce waiting in the dark blue to kill you. The house had like 2 kitchens each unique one being a open air kitchen and another with a window (pointing into the living room) aswell with other less notable rooms. The game was hard (or the person who was playing it was bad) so much so it was dubbed a bad game for how hard it actually was. While a few walk throughs on YouTube I don't ever think I saw the ending to the game. But those yellow eyes man. They stuck with me and I can never get that image in my mind go...

Something really weird just happened to me with the Hamtaro gba game

I had this hamtaro cartridge that had been lying around for a long time. So I decided to launch it on my gba. I already had a part on it that I hadn't finished before creating a new part. I decide to take a look in the sticker journal and I see that there are some slightly buggy images. I continue to look at it. the game gives me a black screen but there is still happy music in the background and there is this thing after that I turn off my console and turn it back on and it puts a message saying that my data will be deleted following a problem. And since then the game is working without problem for the moment. If anyone has any explanation I'm all ears. ps: I am French so excuse me for my English level Google translation

Found this weird Petscop inspired early 2000s styled 3D platformer that is deeper than it seems [Free Demo]

Demo for "Happy! the Hippo" has been out for a while on steam and it is a new unfiction arg project themed much like petscop and shipwrecked 64. There are a few people right now on the games discord digging through and finding new things every day. Genuinely just think this needs more eyes on it:

Does anyone know where I can find this game?

I can't seem to find any leads other than reverse image searching the portraits shown in game, which are famous criminals in japan known for cruelty against animals and children and such, I assume this game is to condemn them and their actions but I am curious of the origins regardless.

This is the only gameplay link I found (which was posted quite recently):

Found this weird memory card game...

It's a little glitchy but it starts off as a simple memory game though from screenshots and when I got a little further ... Some weird options came up. Not that good a game but pretty strange.

bear in the snow (handmade surreal game)

Hi everyone!
I made this game over the course of four years. I had never made a game before, which you will probably be able to tell, but I think it is worth playing all the way through to the end (about 20 minutes). There's also a whole extensive secret path that nobody has found the end of thus far.

This game was mostly a bunch of images that popped into my head to music I was making, which were mostly inspired by experiences in the woods and on mountains in northeastern United States.

It's currently free to download.

Hope you enjoy!!

Batman stalking the player in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League and The Batman Experience..

So, if anyone here has played Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League, you know about the Batman experience.

If you don’t know, basically, while you’re exploring the museum, the whole place is dark with the exception of red lights, which in turn make the place look creepy, and the fact that Batman is in the rafters walking around is god damn chilling, you can see him walk around corners, and the scene where he beats up the Flash is creepy due to the lack of light.

Another creepy thing is how when you explore metropolis, you can see Batman stalking you from the top of rooftops and other places, it’s such a creepy sight due to the fact that he doesn’t pounce or anything, he just stands there watching you, it’s so creepy..

What's the creepiest/unnerving song you ever heard in a non-horror game?

I've seen posts here about people talking about the creepiest non-horror games, but I've never seen any posts talking about the creepiest song of a non-horror game, so I'll go first: The World of Nothing from Super Paper Mario still creeps me out to this day, so It's probably that, if you know about the context of the song and the area it plays in, then you'll understand why.

So either that or US Boss Theme from Sonic CD, which creeped the absolute shit out of me when I was younger, but it doesn't really now
