Look, I know this is a quite surprising thing but I liked the sketchy style and hope to find more from the artist. And fictional character or not, the message, if there is one, resonated with me as a soldier’s struggle. It’s sad but I couldn’t find other work to show cuz obv I don’t know the original artist. I have legitimately tried to figure out who the artist of this is and it even has the slightest portion of the signature but it's always cropped out at least a little. Just frustrating trying to figure out who made it and what the full piece looks like.

What is this style/artist called? I remember having a bunch of these styled books as a kid, but I can't remember for the life of me what they were? Was it just like a style or a specific artist? I'm not really an artsy person, but I was curios. Thanks!
