Gonna be in that area for the next week or so and would love to hit some high-quality local breweries. Would also like to take some bottles back with me if that’s an option.
I’m particularly fond of stouts, but I drink it all, so hit me with anything. And thanks!
Have you guys ever been to Stockholm? Sweden is probably one of our favorite beer scenes in Europe!
Fresh hop season favorite. Probably one of the best hazys I’ve ever had.
This is labeled as an English barkeywine and even has a dark looking beer on the can. It looks wonderfully different in the glass and tastes exactly like a sour (and a good one). Trying to figure out if the gag is that this is clearly not a barley wine? But is that allowed? Lol.
10% - evil twin brewing. Great beer regardless of consensus, just going to get insight
I was dumb and didn't get a basilisk ticket to this year's Snally. Willing to go above retail. Message me
What’s up everyone? Happy Friday Picked up some festive beers today, haven’t had the pumking in a few years and never tried the caramel version. What’s your verdict on these? Put one of each in the fridge and probably try the caramel later! Cheers
I found a bottle from 2020 in my cabinet waaaay in the back. Going to chill it and try it out. Any thoughts on this? Been stored in a cool dry dark place.
Plaid Habit bought
It’s gotten to the point where for health and calorie reasons, I only drink the beers I truly love. I won’t pay for and drink an “ok” beer just to drink a beer - I’d rather not drink than drink an average beer. Anyone else like this?
Thoughts?
Planning a trip to Tree House this Saturday. Only have time to grabs cans and hang out for a couple drafts on the way to some other places. How long should I expect to wait in draft line and pre-order, etc when there? Likely will be mid-afternoon if I had to guess.
Hey! Hopefully all good to post here. We’ve just released a new episode of the podcast on Spotify and wherever you get your podcasts.
Cans across the world is a pod dedicated to craft beer and pub talk. This week, we check out Beer Hut’s Berry Sour and chat about the crazy Irish history behind Sullivans brewing.
Finally found this not at secondary prices and snagged a case. This might be the most balanced beer I’ve ever had. Nothing specific stands out and that’s hard to accomplish in a WCIPA.
Will I buy this again? Probably not, but it was well worth the wait and is a truly exceptional beer.
The Waldo’s from Lagunitas is probably my favorite but this is a close second!
Have any of you tried anything from Parliament Brewing in Sonoma County? I will be there in a few months, and I'm curious to hear if any of you recommend any of their brews.

Taste just like a turtle muffin from Perkins back in the day. Awesome beer.
Not able to make it to the tap room I’m wondering if it’s served anywhere else.
