Now is the time to push for COS resolutions in States run by Democrats

Due to the recent federal election results, a lot of Democrats have suddenly become proponents of federalism and State's rights. Just look at Gavin Newsom's post on X to see how quickly some people have turned 😂. If history is anything to go by, this will only last until Democrats are back in power, so the COS movement needs to use the next 2-4 years to pass COS resolutions in Democratic States. If you live in a Democratic State, call your State legislators and urge them to pass a COS resolution to limit the federal government! I know the movement is dominated by Republicans currently, but any successful constitutional convention will need support from both parties to be ratified, so build bridges and talk to Democrats about this.

Thomas Massie on X: "What the hell is this evil? A Federal Red Flag center; We did not authorize this. Announced, of course, just hours after the omnibus passes."

Common Sense Amendments

I wish Mark Levine wasn't so smart. His Liberty Amendments would never sell to the public. People do not understand LIBERTY. He totally lost half the country be simply calling it Liberty. The Democrats get so much by using marketing to the least informed among us. I have been working on what I called the Common Sense Amendments, many along the lines of the Liberty Amendments, but his Amendment on the Supreme Court Review was genius.

Honest question

What is going to limit a total rewrite of many amendments in the constitution during this convention?

I am in Ohio and was approached by someone for my support for this and they could not answer this.

While I am not thrilled with how government is working, I am not looking for this nation to start from scratch

What’s going on with this group ?

Hi folks, In the last few months I signed the COS petition and completed the work to volunteer, and have volunteered. It was a great experience. I noticed on the merchandise section of the COS website they sell let’s go Brandon tshirts which I think is inappropriate. Let’s go Brandon shirts can easily be found somewhere else .

It is not inclusive and may drive potential collaborators away. I think that for a Convention to be reached it will take people from all sides. Curious if others feel the same . Would appreciate other perspectives . Thanks

Why hasn't the exception for prisoners been removed from the thirteenth amendment? It is totally antithetical to the principles of the United States
