Where can I get the best baguette in College Park?

Stevens Walk Apartments in Beltsville, MD?
Hi everyone! I am looking for apartments in the College Park/Cherry Hill/Beltsville/Adelphi area (I'm a graduate student at the University of Maryland). I am looking into specifically leasing an apartment at Stevens Walk apartments in Beltsville. Does anyone have any anecdotes or experience living in that apartment community? Or any other particular buildings they've lived in that were okay? I am specifically concerned with the presence of roaches/mice and/or the safety of the building or area?

Hi! I just moved to College Park. I was hoping I could get some recommendations for the following things:
- Restaurants
- Nail salons (For gel manicure)
- Hair salons (I have 2a hair, so no braiding for me! Just cut and style)
- Grocery stores
- Places to walk
- Any mandatory College Park resident activities you can think of
