Found a shepherd mix dog and brought her home. No one has claimed her and 5 days later she had 9 puppies. I am sure this probably isn't allowed but I really need help finding them homes. All are now 8 weeks old and I have gotten them 2 sets of shots. Any advice on finding them homes is appreciated.

I have lived in the SJV for 23 years so I know how hot it gets. For the past 10 years I have been in Ventura County. I am going home now and will be in Clovis so I can live near my daughter and her family. I am single, early 50's, very active in my community by getting involved and serving on non profit boards. I will be purchasing a condo or manufactured home. Can someone let me know what areas I should take a look at? Areas to stay away from? I will be working remotely so commute is not an issue. Just moved back to Clovis after living in Fresno for 30 years. Distraught to find the water completely undrinkable and unusable!

Called the city's public works and was told about geosmin, which is supposed to be a seasonal issue. Can someone who lives here let me know if this is true? We can't use water that smells and tastes like grimy dirt. Filters don't seem to work at all, not that they help when you're showering or brushing your teeth.

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone frequents this trail in the mornings and whether all of the dogs are typically ON-leash. I would love to start taking my dog here but because of past history of being attacked she is terrified of OFF-leash dogs running up to her; on-leash dogs she’s perfectly fine with! Heartbreaking. Unreal that the multiple DUI offender and suspect just gets bailed outta jail while she awaits her trial. Not right!

My sister just graduated high school and is supposed to be attending Clovis community college. I’m several states away and have my own life already so i don’t have much time to help her and delve into apartment research but if anyone here knows where to find places for roommates searches that would be great. I’d rather her live in her own apt than with our parents :/ she’s got a cat, makes 21 an hour at a pizza place, and is getting her car in like two days I believe.
