Heyyy! My friends and I are Northeastern students and we are doing a project on the Fenway Victory Gardens for our final experience design project, could anyone fill out this survey? It doesn’t matter if you know about it or not, we just rlly need to survey people haha and we are desperate for responses.
WPI student here! It's my 4th year living in the city and I'm realizing I've never explored any of the other universities here/have any friends outside WPI. Anybody have any suggestions for events/activities/etc. to meet some Clark students? Or might want to come explore WPI?
I have always been a person super involved in clubs, projects, and extra activities. So i was wondering how tough are the exams and assignments. Is the pressure ON? Help a fellow clarkie
hello! i am applying to clark for spring 2025 as a transfer. i have so many questions. i wanted to double major at least for now with game design and film and wanted to see how good their programs are. ik they just opened a new comp science lab and wanted to know how good the equipment is?
i was also wondering how the city life is. I’ve been there a few times but mostly just gotten an uber but is it walkable too if i wanted to just like go to the grocery store or to get food somewhere? Is there a good bus system for that too or bike lanes? Is the tuition also worth it. im debated between Clark and massart and mass is way cheaper, but is clark like trulyyyy worth it. are there any huge major red flags or cons?
tldr: how are the film and game design programs and any cons?
Hey everyone,
I (24 F) will be joining Clark this Spring to start my Master's in Business Analytics. And I am looking for off-campus shared accommodation. I was considering on-campus housing but after attending the webinar about housing, I realized it is crazy expensive! So, if anyone needs a roommate or anyone knows of available options, let's connect!
I recently began working at Clark and wanted to hear about how the student body (anyone reading this) feels about the current leadership.
In just 2 years, Clark has dropped from #197 to #256 in the Best US Colleges/Universities list. Besides the business school…it seems every other school is declining in rankings…Let’s talk about it…
Any idea if Kilby-Gardner-Hammond Athletic Field and Track is open for Clark students? I want to use it for my training and not sure if it is open for public.
Hey guys! I'm going on a date next week with someone at clark. We are just going to there dorm for ~4 hours or so and I'm wondering if there's any easy parking. I see there's visitor parking that requires a permit? Could I get that easily or should I just park at a garage near by. Thanks
Hi I (26 F) recently graduated from Rutgers in the MLIS program. I am interested in looking for university library jobs. What’s the best way to keep an eye on library jobs at Clark?
When I tried to set my computer's monitor up on my dorm room desk, the stand part of it was unfortunately about ¾ of an inch too high, and the shelf part of the desk prevents my monitor from moving back any further. As such, my desk space is limited and it feels very cramped. I've heard that people have disassembled the shelf part in order to create more space. How does one go about this? I think I need an Allen wrench but I don't know what else is required. Is there anything beyond just unscrewing the screw on the side?
Can anyone who’s received the Presidential Scholarship share their stats? Clark doesn’t seem to provide specifics on their website and I need to know if it’s worth my time to get my hopes up 😭
I have been in Worcester for more than 3 years now, and never been once on Clark Campus. I visited today for first time. It seemed pretty cool to see lot of people outside chatting, walking, chilling etc. looks like a really cool campus :)
Hi - how have people set up Playstations/gaming stations in a Dana Hall double? Doesn't look like there is much room for a stand. Not a suite.
So, for context, I am a queer and pretty alt/grunge/emo/goth person. Clark looks really awesome, but I’m curious about how the people are, and how much of a queer and specifically alt vibe on campus!
(first year student) In discussion with highschool friends and they were surprised that my roommate is the opposite gender of I, one even saying that a faculty member they know says this is abnormal. Are they correct that this is a rare occurrence or no?
Hey guys, my roommate for next year ended up transferring so right now I am alone in a double (in a suite). I took the survey they sent out to people in the same boat and I answered that I am looking for my own roommate and would prefer they don’t randomly assign someone to my room. I’m not looking too hard because I would prefer a single so I’m wondering, what are the chances that I will actually get one? And when will I know if they will or won’t assign somebody? Any help is much appreciated thank you.
As a transfer students when is the best time to apply? I know you have to have at least 12 credit hours but I only took 9 for my summer semester and I won’t have the rest until the end of the fall semester. I know they do aid based on the timeline of applications along with GPA so transfer students who got merit scholarships when did you apply?
Hey everyone! Just wanted to know what are the stereotypes of each of the halls at Clark? As an incoming student who just got their housing assignment yesterday I’m interested in understanding the general consensus of each of the halls!
Byeeee :3
