Started brewing 2 months ago and I’m hooked! And good cider ideas for my next brew? Did apple, pinneaple, blueberry and now cherry!

I'm so glad I found this group. I moved (back) to Central Illinois from the Sierra in August, and I am disgusted at the cider on the shelves. When I can find Sam Smith I'm ecstatic. I need to remember that the cider revolution is deep and real in places outside my current zip code...
