If you want to learn a bit about the Netherlands and how they lead the world on so many fronts, this is a good video. The tech segment at the end is mind blowing.
Anyone know why? I saw all vehicles being rerouted away from this section of highway this morning, west and east bound.
that boathouse in the mall seems like it’s going down hill. i used to work at boathouse when i was younger and the company wasn’t the greatest:/// i walked in the other day and it was absolutely dead. employees were great, but i know they’re suffering inside 🥲 don’t worry yall, I’ve been there. what do yall think of it?

I am always looking for good suggestions for branching out and trying new events, so if you have any suggestions, please let me know! Slim chance, but if anyone saw someone break into a black mustang, please report. My daughter is a midwife and was delivering a baby at the hospital when her back window was smashed and her home birthing equipment was stolen. It is similar to a blue suitcase but is square. My daughter is unable to do home births without equipment. Costs thousands to replace but no value to anyone who doesn't deliver babies. If you saw something please say something. If you see something similar on street with houseless, please contact me. No tip is too small.
Thank you.
Hope to see you all there - Sunday the 10th at 45707 Princess Ave, 10-4pm. There will be over 50 tables - LPs, CDs, tapes, shirts, posters, and more.

Hi all, we’re having our second monthly Bitcoin meetup in Chilliwack on the 20th. This meetup is for anyone who is already into Bitcoin or those who are interested to learn more and meet those of us in the local community. The goal of the meetup is to grow the Bitcoin community here in Chilliwack by sharing knowledge and helping businesses start accepting Bitcoin as a payment method.
The community is already quite thriving in Vancouver but we would like to achieve the same thing out here in the Fraser valley. The meetup will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, so if you are interested but can’t make this months event, then there will be more opportunities in the future.
You can leave a comment if you have any questions.
Live in Chilliwack, starting a job in Abbotsford at the end of the month.
Wondering if there are any carpooling groups in town?
i work in the hospital and have always parked in the free 2 hour parking and recently found to have been getting tickets. anyone else? are you paying them?
Was at the bank today and a baby maybe 4 months old "noticed" me.
You know how you know you're here right now, reading this?
You noticed it because you know you're here.
Its incredible to think that we can know we exist so young.
Welcome to Earth little one, Chilliwack's the best bit of it.
We've been taking care of it for thousands of years.
Just had my nails done on Sunday at Picessy and they’re already lifting and coming off. I get my nails done every 4-6 weeks and have yet to find a salon I love here. What are your faves?
I would love to eat out at a local Vegan restaurant that doesn’t use oils - is there such a restaurant locally? It doesn’t matter what ethnicity the food is.
I often try and find local businesses to support for most things, Like coffee shops or restaurants mostly, and almost all of my searches come back with fast food, or tim hortons. Im very surprised with the amount of smaller businesses, that almost none of you show up before the corporations, unless I specifically search Mexican food, or Sushi. Ive been doing online marketing for like 20 years, and its fairly easy to rank locally over the corporations. So is no one trying? I figured that maybe smaller businesses probably don't have the budget or know how to implement some changed to their websites or even what GMB is. So I wrote up an article to hopefully help people rank better in local areas.
I hope this can help some locals! Get your web people to do their jobs! You are probably missing out on a lot of business.
I have gathered 10 years of assorted used cards. Also a little bag of stamps. I was saving them for my Mom who used to donate them to places that recycled them somehow (craft ideas I believe) - and also the stamps. My Mom just passed so I can’t find out where or who she was taking them to. Does anyone know of any place these might go to around Chilliwack? Thank you so much, anyone with leads. (The cards are mostly too fancy and cannot go into the recycle bin)
Looks like a Semi was blown over eastbound on the number 1 from this crazy wind storm
This is a passing lane. If you are passing someone and going 94kms, pass the slower car, then tuck back into the slow lane and let the vehicles behind you pass. Do not stay in the fast lane and wait so you can pass the next guy in the slow lane that is still about a kilometer away from you. I already have someone riding my ass cuz I can't pass you. Also, don't be a dick and speed up if you see me try to go around you just to slow back down when I have to get back behind you. You are why so many people die on this highway.
Looking for some buddies to learn french with…someone of similar age. I am 24 and a complete beginner.
Sorry for format i'm on mobile,
I live downtown close to Minter gardens and for the last month(?) There has been random air horns being blasted by someone driving around? Why?????? What's going on? It's getting a Lil annoying honestly, it's loud and I don't understand what the occasion is as there was nothing on Halloween? Is it hockey or some sport? It's not in line with the typical celebration noise from the stadium and sports field. Thanks for reading.
