Even though both team are rivals I really would like to see RBNY to close out this game and knock out ORL. That flop in box doesn’t give them the right to advance to finals. Thats all hope everyone had a good thanksgiving! lol

I know this isn't even remotely an original take, but I just wanted to add to the pile.

Did you know the playoffs are still going on? Like... the league is still in season. I felt invested when we were still in it, but the games are so far apart and there are so few of them, it just feels like the games don't really matter anymore. I have completely lost my investment in this season.

Anyone else not sleep well? And then to watch ATL win! For fucks sake. The ref beat us last night as we were taking that win away from Orlando. Now, my observations…..

-I counted no less than 3 shirt grabs against us with no calls. Then he calls a PK from a slight pull back where the guy throws himself forward? That’s shit reffing in the last minute. -Patrick was sooooo close to being onside but I do think he was inches off. I was sitting on 30 yard line and just maybe he was slightly off. No VAR to check it is crap. -We have to score more. It said 4 shots on goal, but the only true shot I saw was the goal. -Kahlina saved us over and over. Was a terribly unlucky bounce to go right back to the penalty taker. -Orlando fans and their SS were loud and it was a great atmosphere. On the flip side, that team can suck a sack of balls. They are the whiniest most flopping players in the league. The pure hatred I have for them is real!

Was a hell of season. Great run at the end and we know what we need in our team. I’m excited as hell for next season!

Took some time to cool off after that abysmal game but I've said it time and time again and I'll say it again. Diani is just not good enough to be a first team starter. Sloppy in possession, always prone to the error or two and essentially cost us a playoff round with that stupid desicion with 90 seconds to go tonight. Hoping for Dean to get another midfielder in the summer 😪

As a 9 seed, Atlanta has defeated Miami and completed the greatest MLS playoff upset of all time.

Defeating ATL in the Conference Semis could have been a crowning moment, pun intended, but instead we will be watching from the couch.

We could have met NYRB in the Conference Finals and gotten a chance for revenge, but instead we will be waiting for next season.

You can blame the referees or Diani or whoever you want for the loss today, but the truth is that in the biggest, most important game this club has ever played, we showed that we haven’t moved forward.

The team that gave up lead after lead after lead is still in there. For as much work as Deano has done, the new coat of paint has failed to hide the rust beneath. We had an amazing season, and yet, at the very end we crashed.

I don’t want to hear that we got robbed or that we deserved to win, because we didn’t. We had to last 60 seconds…

Just 60 seconds… and we couldn’t do it.

If we want to be a contender, this cannot happen again. We can’t let this become our culture or our history. We have got to be better.

Charlotte vs Atlanta at the bank would have been a hell of a match. Still a fantastic season. See yall next year 💙

We are a few more pieces away from really taking off next year. Not the way we wanted to go out but this was such a good season. To go from the constant “how will we lose this game today” of last year, to knowing we have a real squad, was amazing.

I can’t wait to see what Dean does with the squad next year!
