I’ve tried my phone number. I’ve tried my girls phone number. We get the same code every time and when we submit it, it sends us back to this page.

What in the actual fuck is going on?

I accepted someone’s offer to buy my ticket but if they don’t actually receive them once they’re sent, am I protected? The shows tonight so kind of worried

Help! Notifications (except email)stopped out of nowhere somewhere around a week ago! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and deleted and recreated all of my alerts to no avail. Has anyone had success fixing this??

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled because notifications just stopped working completely.

Now I can’t even login. It spins when I put in my password until eventually saying the captcha expired.

I tried submitting a help ticket but that gave me a “error: undefined” message.

So to summarize my experience with Cash or Trade today…I’m out 200 bucks because notifications stopped working. I can’t log in, and I can’t even submit a help ticket about it. Hopefully someone from CoT sees this and can get it addressed or explain what the hell is happening.

Tried it on both my phone and computer. I get to the last page, press submit post, and the blue bar goes across the top… but that’s it. It’s basically frozen. If I press refresh on the browser, it brings me back to the first page.

Any advice?

Anybody else irritated that they can’t filter on number or section? Or that you can’t just swipe backwards to get out of a listing? They’re hitting everybody for 10% now, which is FAR lower than Stubhub and the like, but can we get a couple of minor tweaks to the app? It’s almost not worth using.

Sold some tickets on 10/16. Payout was initiated 10/17. CashorTrade took a dollar from my debit account (which I’m guessing is to verify my account). That cleared. Still not payout though. Looks like it’s still in the CashorTrade account. Can anyone help with this? I didn’t see a phone number or email to reach out.

Do I have to pay for them all, or can I rescind after it’s been accepted? I’m pretty new to CoT, and just trying to figure out the dynamics of ‘shopping around’ Thank you!

This is my first time using cash or trade, I have five tickets I’m selling. Do I need to upload them separately? I tried before but I can only put up 4 listings at a time. Should I put in the description I will sell separately? Any help appreciated!

It just happened to me again. I transferred the tickets, they were accepted, but the user never confirmed on CoT. If this happens you get paid ~72 hours after the show, but it's annoying. In addition, the system won't allow you to review the user if they haven't completed the transaction.

There are a few ways to deal with this, but perhaps allowing a review would help so we could mention that the user didn't follow all the way through.

Have others noticed this or have any suggestion?

Interestingly, the last few times this happened I posted/sold the tickets for well below face.

Has anyone else been putting out multiple offers for billy strings this weekend and none of the requests have been accepted? I just got gold and I’m new to the app.

I have a buyer committed to my ticket. They requested to mail them to a different address than what is listed in the "Delivery Information" green box. Is this allowed?

Looked for the cancel button, which does not exist. Billed for autorenewal. Help menu has a specific page, request within 30 days for a refund.

Why? Is this ethical?

I paid for tickets and the user said they shipped them out today and gave me a tracking number from UPS. I know sometimes UPS can take a bit for the number to show up in their system. The number didn’t work right away, a few hours later cash or trade flagged our messages so I can’t even message the seller.

I did put in a support ticket and I’m waiting to hear back. Just seems really weird.
