If anyone else is going, where would be the best place to go for pre drinks with other fans? I know The Traders tends to be quite popular before events, but wasn't sure if The Queens Valut or somewhere else might have more fans.

Hi everyone, hope you're doing well and staying safe :-) I'm an electronic musician with a home studio. I think one of my studio speakers/studio monitors has broken and I need someone to take a look at it and possibly repair it. Does anybody know any people/companies capable of undertaking this work? The Situation is further complicated by the fact I'm totally blind so I can't just have a look at it to ascertain what's going on. Thank you for your help everyone recommendations would be gratefully appreciated. :-)

I’ve been applying for a long time to work in Cardiff can’t seem to get anything. I have a degree. I have quite a bit of experience in customer service and similar environments but literally willing to go for anything atm the job market for me is terrible and would appreciate some advice if anyone knows of any places to apply to?

I have applied to a lot of big companies like admiral or legal and general, I normally get a rejection email or through to telephone stage and just told unfortunately so maybe anything else, thanks!

Last year I did a collection in my office for Cardiff Women’s Aid, where my colleagues brought in wrapped gifts for children and I took them to the women’s aid.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any other charities I could do that for this year?

I am looking for good hairdressers in Cardiff which can style long hair. But I have no idea which ones are good. I have grown my hair out, I need to style them. Wouldn’t want to cut it short. I have been to guy Christian but I wasn’t satisfied with the service. I don’t mind spending close to 50-70 if it’s worthwhile. Can you please tell me which ones are really good at styling?

Hey everyone, I’m currently in my first year at cardiff university and although Ive been very social (with flatmates and some people in my accom house), I’ve realised I have nobody to get a house with.

essentially almost all of my flatmates have figured out their house next year and one has even already paid a deposit.

I’m stressing because Im worried I won’t find anyone to live with and end up having to live alone or in a bad area far from the university campuses.

I haven’t gone to any lectures in my classes because currently it’s been very beginner and I felt it was a waste of time, I didn’t realise it would be a way to make future housemates. alongside this, I have a broken leg so I haven’t been able to go to the society that I wanted to that I could maybe meet housemates from.

I feel basically screwed and it’s really stressing me out as I have no idea what to do.

in my situation what should I do?

Quick question for those who've called Cardiff home (or who are new arrivals)- What’s your honest take on the place? I’ve noticed whenever Cardiff comes up in convo, it’s mostly about crime, decline, or the city “going downhill.” But I think there’s more to it than that. Currently, almost every city in the UK has its ups and downs- look at today's London. So, if you have a couple of minutes, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Shoot with-
