Please help and spread the news!
They are due to send all of its male capybaras to a small facility with concrete floors and no water. They are being blamed for the park's failure to produce babies in recent years. The oldest one, Donut, is unlikely to survive the move.
Sadly, you can also see many examples of questionable behavior and treatment of animals on this same Facebook page. They have also previously sold capybaras to questionable zoos in China. It wasn't always like this, but the situation is deteriorating quite quickly.
You may help out by notifying the press about this, leaving a review on Google, and/or voicing your concern directly to the park. Relevant links will be in the comments.
This is a Capybara Nation home and I for one welcome our new overlords.
