Normally, I'm always against the Rangers. But the way the standings are right now, idk if I want Devils success. Both teams have their share of former Canes, but I definitely like the ones currently with the Devils more than the former Canes with the Rangers.
I'm torn. Definitely going to watch, maybe they'll both lose? Worst case scenario is OT and both getting points
I’m getting my mom tickets to her first game for Christmas however I wanted to give her physical tickets. Is there anyway to get physical tickets that doesn’t involve me driving 90 mins to Raleigh? Any help is appreciated!
My bro was playing ice hockey and I was playing roller hockey around the time the canes came to Greensboro. I vaguely remember my parents taking us to games seeing as we grew up in the boro. This ornament is still holding up from all those years ago!
I got tickets for the Dec. 17th game and I have no idea what to expect. Is there tailgating or a bar to go to before the game to drink with other canes fans? Any suggestions on how to make an experience out of it would be appreciated
Please use this post to advertise/inquire about tickets or any other other merch that you are willing to buy/sell/trade. As always, be sure to check post history to verify that you're dealing with a real Canes fan, and always use a payment method with purchase protection such as Paypal or Venmo. If something feels off, it most likely is, so go with your gut. Happy hunting!
In case you needed to love this team/organization even more, I'd like to share this story:
A few weeks ago there were those random shootings happening in the Raleigh area. Luckily (or unluckily), there was only one person hurt during that "spree", but that one person happened to be my sister's best friend. Sister and friend are huge Canes fans and have season tickets together. I'm not sure exactly how the Canes got wind of it, but what they did was so kind I wanted to share it. Her friend was in the hospital for a couple weeks and while she was there Erik Tulsky, Doug Warf, and Shane Willis all came to the hospital and spent an afternoon with her, and by my sisters account were just frikkin awesome. Jordan Martinook sent her a personal video letting her know the boys were thinking about her and all the well wishes. Tulsky kept in touch with her checking in via text and I can say he is 100% the most kind and thoughtful person. Her friend was released from the hospital last Tuesday, with the goal of making it to the Wednesday game against the Rangers (we all know how that one went :) They were given awesome ADA seats on the glass at the goal line, Tulsky stopped by, and Doug offered to hang in the locker room after the game and asked if they had anyone else they wanted to join. They had made friends with an older couple who were STM's with seats close to theirs, so they brought them as well. She said almost all the players stopped by and yucked it up with them, took photos, and they were all just as cool and kind as you could imagine. Rod the bod came over and spent time w them as well. According to my sister, "best night of her life" and her friend was equally as stoked. I think we all know how awesome this organization is from top to bottom, but man they are so awesome. Had to share. Go Canes
So I'll preface this by saying I'm not a bandwagon fan and sure as hell not a NY transplant. Lifelong canes fan and thrilled with the team that Rod has built. This post also isn't motivated by anything from today's game.
We drafted Svechnikov the same year Rod took over, so his career has coincided precisely with the good years. I didn't know of him at all before, but he was obviously a high prospect since we took him 2nd overall.
Since then, I've constantly heard our fan base talk about how high his ceiling is. How much potential he has to be a superstar. My question is basically.. why? And do we still think he has another level to reach, now in his 7th season?
Curious to hear what you guys think, what I'm missing. I just don't see what uniquely gives Andrei superstar potential compared to the other 93 skaters who tallied at least 60 points last year.
Brethren. Sistren. Sometimes in life, we must endure great hardship. Sometimes, the night must get darker before sunrise. And sometimes…. well, sometimes we have to watch shit like that.
Witness…. um….
Canes lose. Try to enjoy the rest of your weekend. On to the next.
Fire up the recently rebadged Bally Sports I mean FanDuel app to watch the ‘canes and……….

No fix. No recourse. Game not watchable in exchange for my monthly subscription of $20/month. I get Netflix for the same price.
GFY “FanDuel”. Cancelling.
Looks like he has really been struggling in Chicago so far. As has Trikozov.
Has anybody had a chance to watch their games? What have the main struggles have been? I knew based on his preseason performance that FUS needed time to mature and put on muscle. But I thought his skill would lead to more production than we have seen.
Guys and Gals it's time to right the wrongs of yesterday!!! Join me in getting pumped from afar and RAISE UP!!!
LETS GO CANES!!!
