I was a Cannon T3i user, used to it for a while and grown out of it as phones with good cameras evolved. But itching to go back to Dslr again I'm weighing some options between Canon R8 and sony a7iii. I'm new to Sony but love what R8 is offering.. 
Can you please help me choose between them? 

Pros and Cons of the choice I know there is less 3rd party lens choice if I go with Canon. Also if I get R8 should I get kit lense or no?
