Heading to Denver next weekend and I was hoping to pick up a copy of the 2024 Colorado Hop Passport to utilize during my visit . Itโs no longer available online, has anyone noticed copies at any breweries? ๐ป
Anyone on here know why they're closing down?
Always love me some prairie stouts. Any good locations with a ton of offerings?
Gonna be in the area between Louisville and Lafayette. Looks like thereโs a lot of good spots to choose from. Recommendations appreciated for a few stops. Thanks! (Saving acreage for another time)
Knotted root has delicious smoothie thick style beer, is there anything like that in denver?
Hey guys! ๐ป
Weโre looking for some beer-loving legends to help lead craft beer adventures this winter. KAYV launched in Denver in June, and weโve already got over 2,000 guys connecting through small group hangouts. The goal? Lasting friendships built on shared interests.
Denverโs got some of the best beer around, and our craft beer crew is nearly 100 strongโbut we could use a few more leaders to keep the good times flowing.
If youโre interested, drop a comment or shoot me a DM! Sorry for the shameless picture taken last weekend at High Hops in FoCo. ๐คฃ
Cheers! ๐ป
Does anyone know when Jagged Mountain plans to reopen? Are they rebranding with the ownership change?
Looking for recommendations for places with big (9+) stouts in the west metro area.
I moved to Denver for the beer (haze bro). Now have twin 4 year olds that love dogs. What is the best brewery for me to enjoy hazies and let my twins pet dogs.
I'm looking to try this beer, but none of the places I usually go have it
Shoutout to GCB! Gold in Oktoberfest and Silver in Helles. Donโt sleep on em. Thatโs all.
Have one ticket for Saturday for 80. Transfer on AXS
Headed to Gunnison and CB, wondering if thereโs anything noteworthy I should get? Iโm especially into big stouts and porters. Thanks
Anyone have any idea what's going on with these guys? Seems like they've been delayed for several years now. They first posted on social media in late 2022 (at least as far as I can find, although they've scrubbed their instagram so that their "first" post is from this summer), and being a Littleton resident, I've seen their building under construction for AT LEAST as long. I've seen multiple posts about them opening "this summer," but uhhh, it's come and gone. Still no announcement for an opening date.
Thread for discussing Wiesn-style Festbiersโnot Mรคrzen, not "Oktoberfest-style," not Pumpkin-spice Alesโavailable in Colorado.
* Please make another thread for Colo Mรคrzens if you'd like to discuss those. *
BJCP 4B.ย Festbier
A smooth, clean, pale German lager with a moderately strong malty flavor and a light hop character. Deftly balances strength and drinkability, with a palate impression and finish that encourages drinking. Showcases elegant German malt flavors without becoming too heavy or filling.
Several have appeared in stores by now, seemingly doubled from last year (as in 4 vs 2, ha)
Any recommended, having tried? Any to avoid?

Import - any worth drinking this year?
2nd game day that I've tried to visit before a game with broken TV's.
Let me get this straight. You open a brewery near the stadium and you can't seem to figure out how to show NFL football games on game day? You have 2 motherfucking jobs, make beer and show NFL.
Mother of God.
If you havent been to the Arvada location yet, New Image has changed their concept to a more high end farm to menu. I went a few weeks ago totally ready to be butthurt about the change but the food was honestly impressive. We didnt try any entrees but had almost every appetizer items. Possibly the best food in Arvada aside from Stone Cellar Bistro (havent been yet).
Im guessing rent is just insane in Arvada and this is a way to help keep the lights on. This certainly isnt a new concept, the first time I visited Trillium in Boston they were serving dry aged steaks over lumpwood charcoal.... in a brewery.
Hey all! I'm visiting Denver at the end of September with my gf and some friends. My partner and I love beer, but our friends, not so much. So with that in mind I'd love to find a couple breweries that have some solid seltzer and/or THC drink options. Thanks in advance. Cheers!
Visiting Denver in two weeks. Any good brewery recommendations around downtown Denver that has a good hazy IPA?

I'm landing the day after Labor day and driving to Breckenridge. I plan on doing some beer shopping in the denver before though. Looking for Live Oak and russian river if it's fresh. I have my eyes on Mr Bs (not sure which location is best) and Little liquors. Just decided on those based on them posting online what drops they get. If anyone has any other suggestions or better (***shops or beers)bring them on. I see Craft Alley mentioned alot but they don't post anywhere so not sure. Also stopping at Westbound on the way out.
(Lager and west coast fan)
I am in the can club for Outer Range and won't be able to pick up my cans this month. If anyone will be in the Frisco area (between now and Saturday only!) and wants the beers, DM me and I'll tell you how to pick up the 2 4-packs!
Curious if there are any other colroado beers like LH that have as good of a reputation as left hand?
People LOVE their nitro and peanut butter.
Left hand has a huge following almost like Breckenridge brewery...
Are there Any other CO beers that are as popular as these 2?? Never heard a negative comment about LEFT Hand

I posted this on the Denver jobs sub but figured Iโd give it a go here, too. Wanting to see if anyone knows of any breweries currently hiring part-time bartenders? Doesnโt seem to be a ton of listings online and I attempted to drop of some resumes in person but doesnโt look like anyone is hiring. I have extensive customer service experience as well as a vast knowledge of all things craft beer.
Thanks in advance!
