I don't understand this.
You may understand what I'm talking about if you're a Hong Kong bus enthusiast, remember the ADL E500 that are N plate numbers? Why does KMB still want ADL E500 that are N plate numbers? Why don't NWFB (Became CTB since 2023) and CTB want ADL E500 that are N plate numbers as well?

What is this blue light in the front of the cabin on my school bus? (Sorry for the bad picture it’s bumpy in here)
The light turns on and off at roughly five second intervals but not exactly. It’s a Thomas built but I couldn’t figure out what model from the inside of the bus.
