Where to hang up fliers

I’m interning for a non profit that runs a food shelf and everything and I was looking to run a donation drive for them. Where are some good locations to hang up advertisements? I don’t have social media aside from this anymore and while I’ll share closer to the event, I was looking for places I can hang up or leave some fliers.

What is that smell near 42 and 5??

Absolutely disgusting. Smells/smelt like vomit lingering in the air? Anyone have any idea?

Driveway Question

I was wondering if there was a rule about how close a driveway could be built to a property line? Or where I could find this information, thanks!

Best Volkswagen Dealership in Burnsville

I’m new to the area and am looking to buy a new VW.

I see that Luther Burnsville VW has good reviews, but is that the only option around here? Thanks!

Do we have Persians and Arabs here in Burnsville? Where do I meet them?

There is a mosque but I see Somalis only.

metcalf junior high closed?

I saw that metcalf junior high closed some time ago. But I was wondering if the district kept on the teachers--thought if they don't have the students...how can you keep them around? I hope they didn't lay them all off. Does the district just reassign them?

In 1995, Burnsville High School made history with largest school arson in the country. Who was the arsonist and what was his motivation?

I attended the school a while back and have recently been reflecting on my unique high school experiences I had. In our case, we spent our 9th-grade years at our middle schools. I remember the reasoning behind this decision was related to a arsonist man named Jeffery, although I couldn't find any information about his motivation. The reason I'm so curious is that I recall hearing rumors about him during my time at school. Some claimed he was angry about being kicked off the football team and decided to retaliate by "burning it all down." Now that I'm older, I realize how ridiculous that rumor was; people simply made it all up. Was the motivation due the schools use of Native American mascot? Was it some type of political motive?

My Rosemount Mn Memories - Teenage Years in My Shoes

Hello my family, friends, and fellow Rohians,

Wow can you believe it has been a year since the debut of my book – My Rosemount MN. Memories – Teenage Years in My Shoes. I want to thank you so much for your support this past year. The many fabulous comments that you all have graciously sent to me, expressing how much the book’s content brought back many of your own fabulous memories, has meant a lot to me. One of the most recent comments said:

Hi Kevin. My husband and I went to Rosemount High School. We were sophomores when you were a senior. We enjoyed your book My Rosemount MN. Memories. Brought us back in time!

The pictures were awesome! We even brought out our 1975 Rohian to reminisce. We shopped at Penney's all the time and frequented the same places as you. Time certainly flies!!! Thank you for writing this book!

As a token of my appreciation, I have arranged through Amazon to lower the price and this new price will be available during the month of July. And remember that the book is available at the Dakota County Library, and through your favorite on-line ordering site!

Thank you all so very much!
