5'11"(181cm) / 194lbs(88kg) now. I think my mass is not enough, but the AI app says my bodyfat is over 20%, so I have to lose my bodyfat. Do you guys also think my body fat is over 20 and it's better to cut from now on?
Kinda new at this been working out for about 2 years I was 220lbs dropped to 165lbs cutting calories and intermittent fasting 5’11,Should I continue to cut? I feel I should lean bulk but not sure how to do it and how much weight to put on over a specific period, worried about getting fat again, a typical day of eating is about 1750-2000 calories 200g protein 100g carbs 80 fats, clean eating with a cheat day mostly strength training 4-5 days a week and a physical job
I only want to cut if I'll end up with some definition.
BMR is about 2200 I’ve decided to up it to 2700 and see what happens. I go to the gym 2-4 times a week I’ve been working out for a year I cut from 185-174 should I finish it out and get my abbs or should I go for a clean bulk? Thanks in advance
