I'm wondering if anyone has managed to keep the size whilst cutting the fat naturally? I've never used Steriods and don't really fancy them or SARMS.
Thanks!
Hello guys! May I ask for help? I’d love to hear your thoughts on where I should begin.
This is my starting point: After 10 months without any exercise and eating no paying attention to my macros, I now want to lose fat. I've calculated my caloric deficit, but I also realize I don't have much muscle. 😐😐
•Female •33years old •5’2 •140lbs - current weight •120lbs - goal weight
I’m confused about starting weight training, cardio, steps in… or whatever I could do.
Thanks in advance
What’s the best way to go about cutting but still eat enough to be able to maintain my current lift cycles. Or, do you not lift as much (weight) still as often but just focus more on calorie deficit. I’ve been seriously lifting for a year so I’ve seen gains and results consistently but now I wanna shed more fat percentage but I’m worried I won’t have the energy to be able to keep up with my daily grind. Thanks in advance. Deadlift was 190 x 8 squats was 165 x 5
Feel if i cut ill end up skinny fat as i feel i dont have much muscle mass, and if i bulk ill be pushing fat Was considering maybe a small 250-300 cal deficit and gain some strength/ Muscle while hopefully losing fat
