It’s got Dominican sausage, pickled onions, fried cheese, and a fried egg on an egg bagel. Only missing the mangu element but I’m happy with how it came out for sure.

One of my favorites.
I’d say this is one of my favorite breakfast meals to cook. (Although I don’t prepare it near often enough)
NY strip and two eggs. Simple and delicious.
And yes, this plate is a lead free reproduction of its toxic predecessor.
