So apparently there is a sizable and comfortable Nazi community in the Bitterroot? I definitely saw a swastika tattoo and some wild White Nationalist shirts in Stevi this weekend during heritage days.
My beat up card wasn’t working at the Super 1 in Stevi and I went to the ATM to withdraw the cash to pay for my groceries. When I went to pay for my groceries; the cashier said the guy behind me took care of it. I couldn’t thank you or pay you back because you had left. Thank you for being awesome and I’m going to take care of someone else two-fold.
Hi, I’m visiting the Kalispell area next month from Mississippi and wanted to fish Bitterroot lake. Would love some tips on catching trout. Bait, tackle etc. thank you.
I know this sub isn’t very active but if you find yourself here and are looking for Montana based discussions, please head over to r/406. Other Montana subs have been taken over by a single moderator who turned them into self post forums.
Is there any females around the age of 18-late 20s that workout at the Canyons athletic club? I’m 19, female, and looking for a gym buddy to spot me, show me the ropes on some things, and just workout together :) If you are or know anyone who would be interested in this please let me know, thank you!
Hello, I’m looking for a good place to go shooting. I’m not looking for a range but a place with a good back-wall, somewhere off the path. We usually go down to the Darby National Forest which has a great place to shoot, however because of the weather a 45min drive has now turned into 1-1.5hours, so I’m looking for a spot around Corvallis, Hamilton, Victor, Stevensville area. Thank you for your time and again please do not suggest shooting ranges, thank you!
Hi, Does anyone know of - and have good experience with a Local custom door builder? I am looking for a front door with sidelight and a back door.
Thanks in Advance!
Sorry if this is the wrong sub, it just occurred to me to look for a local sub on reddit for Hamilton to ask this question.
My father, who frequently falls for various internet scams, is supposedly getting a business loan from this company. It smells like a fraud to me. Normally I would assume the scammers are just using the name and replace the contact info, but the address and phone numbers seem to check out from the internet side. I tried to get a look at the place on google street view, but I couldn't make out much of the signage. Anyone on here familiar with what is at 103 Bedford Street, Hamilton Montana?
If it is a real place, I would contact them and warn them their site/contact info is being used for this scam.
Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this!
My wife and I took a hike up to Trapper by way of Baker Lake. First time I had been up there since I was in Junior High. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrpUEBy5ZDQ
My sister is looking to buy a home in Hamilton and would like to find a local realtor to show her around available properties. Any recommendations? Thank you!
Jack was one of the best. Vietnam Navy Veteran turned feed farmer for over 40 years. The guy knew everybody and was one of the kindest persons I have ever met. The other day, just prior to hospice, I told him a joke and he laughed so hard that I felt guilty. Told him "shit, sorry. Didn't want you to laugh that hard. I almost killed you". He laughed again.
We are relocating to Stevensville - I have the option of centurylink (which I have had in Phoenix and had miserable experiences with) or cybernet I was wondering who has had experience with Cybernet and what it has been like.
Thanks!
Do they drug test? It's not on any of their postings.
What kind of vacation and sick time do you get?
It says benefits after 90 days, are the benefits any good?
Anything else to know before applying with them? Do you like it there?
Thanks so much!
Hey Bitterroot Folks. I am getting married near Victor in October 2018 and want to provide my guests with transportation ideas to and from the wedding. Some guests will be staying in Hamilton, some will stay in Missoula, and some will stay somewhere in between. Do any of you know if Uber/Lyft exist in the Bitterroot? I know Missoula has Uber/Lyft, do the Missoula drivers go all the way down there for no extra cost? Any other ideas for transporting drunk guests back to their hotel at the end of the night? Thanks in advance!
I have been looking around the bitterroot valley for a while to put together a gaming group but I haven't been having much luck. I also looked on the /r/LFG subreddit, but that doesn't seem to have much coverage in Montana.
So, here I am. I would like to put out an invitation to people in the bitterroot valley who would be interested in playing a table-top RPG.
I am an experienced GM who has been running games for 12 years (Oh god, I didn't realize it has been that long since my first year of college). The majority of my experience is with D&D 3.5 and its spiritual successor; Pathfinder. If I run a game for a group, it will most likely be using the Pathfinder books.
I enjoy running sandbox games where the players actions determine the direction of the story and their choices have consequences for the world around them. I enjoy role playing and strong story but I also enjoy combat; so I try to include a balance of those things.
Ideally, I would live to find 3-5 players who want to get together once a week or every other week to hang out, joke around and scour the tombs of ancient and malevolent gods while looking for artifacts of untold power.
Your experience level doesn't matter. If you are a veteran gamer that is awesome, but if you are new to the hobby and/or just haven't played Pathfinder before I am more than happy to show you how.
If you have questions or want to play, feel free to message me or reply to this thread.
Thanks, and have a good evening :)
