Would anyone be willing to help me work on the custom pieces I make for Stud.Io? Namely the ball joints and sockets. I know how to set them up, but it's a stuggle for me, personally. Maybe someone more experience could help
how the heck do i change the controls? apparently it isnt done through a menu option, and i cant use arrow keys since they dont work on my computer (long story) i basically want to be able to use wasd controls, also i cant even create a save file and start the game sincethat uses arrow keys, if anyone knows howto help that would be much apprieciated.
Officially have all the character sets from 2001, in as close to mint as possible. Just gotta get a display cabinet, and the building begins!
Okay, so a few days ago I was having a horrid time trying to get to sleep. So as a result my dreams, whatever I could remember of them, were all over the place.
Anyway, for whatever reason my main dream of the night was about Bionicle. The thing that made it odd was the context of it. In the dream I was playing a game similar to that of the old LEGO Star Wars games, but with Bionicle instead.
In this theoretical game, you played through the 2001-2003 storylines, ending on the Mask of Light fight against Makuta.
However, how you unlocked characters was kind of odd. You played through each of the Chapters with a set of Toa like with the old Story Modes, but with a Main Toa per chapter however, you couldn't exactly play through Freeplay mode with the characters. As for some reason you didn't fully unlock them in the Story.
No, how you unlocked characters is by unlocking the pieces as you go through the story. The Masks were some type of in-level collectable like an easier Mini Kit. Anyway, whenever you beat one of the levels you get a certain amount of parts.
Like, beat the first Chapter of EP.I and you get the Torso and Foot parts. And you would have to complete each Episode to unlock all of the components to be able to unlock the Toa/Turaga/Matoran in Freeplay.
This also lead to the Character Creation as each part was also in a variety of colors as you would expect. Like, did you want a Gali Mata in Matoro colors? You could do that.
And, in the dream I was having so much fun, until I discovered one stupid thing. In the dream I wanted to make my favorite Toa, Gali, and yet I couldn't. Because, as I said, you would need all of the parts to make a complete character.
The thing that was preventing me from unlocking Gali Mata was the pins in her hips. Which for some reason was one of the parts locked behind the Takanuva vs Makuta battle.
I was so annoyed at this that I was apparently talking in my sleep, and when my girlfriend asked what was wrong, I apparently responded with:
"Stupid LEGO doesn't want me to have Gali."
I don't know why I had this dream, but I am both happy I had it and angry that my own dream stopped me from using Gali.
Fitments are almost perfect🤩 and got a bigger printer👀
Having trouble figuring out what to do with the upper arms but overall it’s coming together. The body is one I saw on Ben Cossy’s channel that I heavily modified.
