Hello, for a while i’ve been looking for this bootleg kiril mask and the eyepiece passively, and i cannot seem to find it after about 2 years of looking. I’m not sure where is the best place to find or buy it, and idk who may be selling it, but i’m willing to pay a pretty penny for it, and need some help! thanks!!

Many Bionicle fans experience a dream where they are in a toy isle in a shop and find a shelf with Bionicle sets

Because I was born in 2007, the dream wasn't about G1 like most Bionicle dreams, but it was about G2 since G2 was what got me into Bionicle. And this is the second time I had a dream where I'm in a shop buying Bionicles.

Here's how the dream looked like:

I was in a shop with my family. It wasn't even a toy shop, it was more similar to Home Depot or Leroy Merlin

Suddenly we pass by a shelf full of Bionicle G2 sets

I deduced that because Bionicle G2 was selling so poorly, nobody bought them for 10 years so they stayed on the shelves. The dream did take place in the current year 2025, I did not time travel back to my childhood or something

I also remembered in the dream my previous dream where I bought Bionicle sets. But I fully believed that this time it's not a dream and I found Bionicle on shelves for real

I reached to the shelves and touched the cardboard boxes. They were so old that they were almost falling apart in my hands so I had to be careful. I remember touching a thumb tab and feeling that it's already pressed in and that the box is already almost opened

Among the sets I remember seeing the 4pack of Umarak The Destroyer + The Lava Beast + The Quake Beast + The Storm Beast. There was the combiner of all of these sets on the box. Which is funny because G2 never had any combiners like this except Kopaka in 2016

I looked at the sets and grabbed

• Tahu Uniter
• Onua Master
• Protector of Jungle
• Protector of Fire
• and Protector of Ice

I walked to the cash register where my family already was but after I placed down the stairs I thought

"Wait a minute. I already have the Protector Of Fire and the Protector of Ice. I don't need to buy them for the second time"

Because in real life I already own both of these sets. the Protector of Ice was my first Bionicle set ever

I grabbed both protectors and ran with them back to the shelf

I quickly tried to pick another set but I just couldn't pick one. The shelf was so poorly made that it was falling apart with my each wrong move until I picked

The 2pack of 2016 Ekimu The Mask Maker + Umarak The Destroyer [which also literally does not exist in the real world, but again I wasn't even surprised by it existing]

I grabbed the surprisingly small box and ran back to the cash register

We bought the sets and went back to the car. We passed by a boxer puppy which was sitting on the grass and sneezing. For some reason I mistaken it for my own dog [which is a pomeranian] but my mom pointed out that it's not our dog

Then we went to our car which for some reason was 4 times longer wider and taller and as I was about to go in, I woke up

The fact that Kongu, such a major character in Bionicle, only had 12 seconds of screen time in the movies is just very concerning

So, as we know, all makutas that could pose any danger to Teridax plan were killed in Carda Nui, while other were captured and used by teridax as kraata-producing farm. Regarding the battle on bara magna, we see that there were present a lot of rahkshi (as i remember not only of heat vision, but different types were present too). Let’s take into account the short time of producing starting from storm in carda nui (or shortly before) and lasting until the “final battle” & also considering that it takes two kraatas to make a rahkshi (one to make a carapace/suit/body and second to pilot it) and that kraatas were made of rubber material. So, the stars rahkshi is smaller and has rubber spine and head, so headcanon that i have to explain connection of set to the narrative is that due to short time these rahkshi bodies are underdeveloped, like some crustaceans that has soft shell/carapace in their early life stages and that hardens during their life development. So, that’s the reason why rahkshi stars is squishy :3 hope it seems reasonable and funny as a mental gymnastics

This is Stars Tahu's mask; he was the last G1 set I ever got, on shelves. I gave my entire collection to my nephew (a big Lego fan), a few years back. It's bittersweet, looking back.

I've been looking for replacements for broken arm/leg/hand connectors (mainly those of a certain green citrus color) for my old sets, I could Bricklink new ones but that's just kicking the can down the road, so I've started to search for 3D printed solutions.
