Does anyone have any suggestions? I will need a mechanic to come to me to help get a brake problem sorted out. Truck not able to be moved in the Heights.
I would like to know if anyone is willing to share a good one they know of. Most I know are seasonal.
My experience of Billings is not that it's an unsafe place at all; I haven't personally witnessed crime and I typically feel comfortable walking around alone at night. Most people I talk to seem to agree. Yet apparently the crime rate according to statistics is rather high? What is up with that?
On Saturday November 9th at 7pm, Cameron Records on Central is hosting a listening party for the new album a week before it’s available. You’ll get to hear the album in its entirety and there are usually giveaway items from the record label.
It should be a lot of fun and it’s completely free.
My dog, Kuma, always having fun there.
hiiii. I am relatively new here. no friends yet. mid 20s female. could be cool to get coffee or sushi or a drink.
I love sports. I love trying new things. I just bought a house here and don’t have any roommates yet so looking for that too.
if not interested in being friends, all good, just leave a comment on fire places to eat, or cool places to go, or your fav coffee shop, or even the best place or activity to meet new people.
I moved here about a year ago and since we were looking at houses in town there’s been a guy in front of the firehouse on 6th st W waving enthusiastically at all the cars that drive by. I haven’t seen him in a few weeks, does anyone know what happened to him? Is he Okay?
Is in-person early voting (before Election Day) available in Billings? I’m not registered absentee so I haven’t received a ballot in the mail. Can I just show up to the election office at vote before next Tuesday?
I recently got back from a vacation and while I was out I discovered hookah bars and was wondering if there was anything similar in Billings. I know there's a lot of clean air rules so I've been having trouble locating a spot. If anyone knows where I could find one that would be wonderful.
Do they come on automatically, or is there a switch to turn them on?
Anyone know of a good place to donate extra winter clothes and accessories (gloves, hats, ect)? Would like to give them locally rather than just drop at goodwill. Thanks!
I just walked through the Pavillion. It is going to be a fantastic light show... blinders, strobes, spots from air, towers, stage. And loud... many huge subs on the floor. Three big LED screens, two towers and DJ booths.
Trying to figure out how to watch the world series. I just tried signing up for sling and it said we didn’t get Fox, local channels, ABC & CBS — how do I get local channels without having to get direcTV or one of those? Can somebody help, please? Apparently I’m so old that I thought I could just buy cable 🤦🏼♀️
So, we all had the confusing and expensive water bill show up that was for June and July. Mine was $425 for the two months. Has anyone gotten their next month’s bill? I just got one for $319 for aug 5 - sep 5th. What the hell is happening here? My sprinklers were running all of June and July but I shut them off as soon as I got the last bill. I am at a loss here.
edit: it’s also pretty suspicious that they’ve removed the ability to see water usage over the last year “to ensure the graph is accurately displayed.” how about you stop overcharging until my water use is accurately recorded?
Is there anywhere to donate prescription eye glasses?
Well yes indeed – there’s a-plenty of it.
I am one of the many proud Montanans out here makin music.
Thought I’d share what I made here. Put it together with two of my good pals down the road from where I call home in southwestern Montana.
I think it was worth hauling all that gear way-on out in the sticks…but curious to hear any thoughts you have on this good ol’ Montana music.
Hope y’all are sighting in on a good weekend and work ain’t been to rough.

Not looking to date just miss having a group of guys to laugh with. My group all started dating and can't do much these days. I'm in a Fantasy League and love football! Tonight Rams are playing the Vikings. Let's find a bar and yell at the TV.
Looking for a place that I can walk into and weigh my dog. Ideally on the Westend. She’s 60lb so I’m not able to hold her and weigh at home.
I imagine Hooligans does but I was just wondering if anywhere else did. Thanks
Me not trying to break the “no politics rule” here because the reasoning is solid! BUT I saw a post on the Montana page and I’d like to mention it here…
We can all agree that we’re tired of the junk mail right?
Hi everyone,
My bathtub has a leak and it has gone through the downstairs ceiling. In some research I've done (take that with a 10 pound grain of salt), it sounds like a worn out gasket which looks fairly inexpensive and many homeowners opt to do the repair themselves. I'm not that homeowner, unfortunately.
Does anyone have recommendations for a plumber or handyman that can do a simple fix without upcharging a ton?
Thank you so much!

I try to be understanding when mods lock threads but I have no tolerance for it being done without explanation. That's just a power trip, and why Reddit mods deserve their bad reputation.

Does anybody have a line on a Christmas light installer in Billings?
What the hell… so when I got my 134 dollar bill it was for two months. Got my bill, for 119 the other day. It’s for one month!!! Are they punishing us all because we pushed back on those illegal fees? wtf is going in? I can’t afford this!!!
