Someone over at r/bicycling told me that I’m better off taking a sh*t than buying a lighter bike.
I’m a bit embarrassed to admit but I’ve plateaud recently and can only maintain a measly 300g per sh*t. I don’t know if it’s my diet, toilet technique, maybe I’m just not pushing hard enough ?
Any sh*t advice would be greatly appreciated! 🙏
