Everything I can buy at Best Buy I will. The deals, the price match, the warranty, it’s unmatched!!!
Went to best buy to originally just by a new mouse pad today. Ended up walking down the monitor aisle and speaker aisle, to take a look at their open box stuff. To maybe see if I could find any good deals. Ended up walking past this jbl xtreme 3 for a good condition open box labeled on the shelf 48.99. I thought there was a mistake because the box said there was just minor cosmetic damage. Ended up asking employee and sure enough they checked me out and i got a basically brand new fully functional xtreme 3 for only 50 bucks. Not sure if this was a pricing mistake or why the price was so low but never had a deal quite as good as this.
Right now, the Best Buy card is offering special 24 month no interest financing for purchases $699 and up. So yesterday I applied for the card and completely upgraded my gaming setup with that financing offer. However, now I am considering returning the keyboard I purchased for a different one. Would the new keyboard be put into the old keyboard's place on my financed purchase, or would the new keyboard be it's own new purchase that doesn’t have the financing?
Hello! Got an interview for Senior Category Specialist (Corporate Role) coming up. Anyone have an advice on how to prepare for this specific interview? Any questions that you guys know of that might be asked? Or even access to an interview packet would be helpful as well. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!
I hate getting customers on progressive leasing because it feels predatory. Much more than a credit card. Saw this and speculated why these states and PR don’t allow it.
I have 2 bestbuy accounts. One for work and one for my company. I used to just be able to call and get my balance of points via the touch tone phone. Now all of a sudden everytime I try “ I need you to connect with someone”. This is happening on both accounts along with a few others in my discord. Why is bestbuy making a simple automation process have to go through 10 min hold to answer a question they USED to provide up until about a month ago
I bought a Xbox Game Pass core 12 month membership digital card right after midnight and I still haven’t received my code. I called Best Buy too and they said they’re supposedly verifying my banking info even though I’ve been charged??
Has anyone gone through this and how long did it take for you to get a code? I thought getting the code would be instant once you buy the card
so i bought a canon r8 from best buy earlier this year in person. the sales person told me that i could use the geek squad 2 year protection to essentially upgrade my camera if i ever decided i wanted a different one. im doing some research on that and its kind of seeming like he lied? can anyone give me more info on this? i’ve been considering switching to a sony camera
Im looking to buy a laptop that is currently priced at 1749$ if in the instance the price drops further during the 2 weeks return window will best buy match that price?
I have never used bestbuy so im jot sure
I have had a Zagg screen shield replaced on my iPhone 10+ times and for the first time today, the geek squad agent asked to see my serial number in settings. He said they needed to see it to be able to charge for labor. This could be a new policy or policy that was never previously enacted, but I found this fairly concerning given the amount of private information that is tied to a device’s serial number. Also putting a screen shield on, has nothing to do with any components or functionality of the actual device itself. Oh, and my iPhone was purchased from Apple, not Bestbuy.
TLDR; geek squad agent asked to see my serial number on my iPhone for a Zagg screen shield placement. Is this normal or suspect?
Hey y'all! I’ve got the extended warranty through Best Buy (pretty sure it’s for 3 years, but I’m definitely still within the coverage period and have my physical receipts still and all)
The issue is that the Up button on the D-Pad of my PS5 controller isn’t working. If I bring it in for repair or replacement, will that “use up” my warranty coverage for the entire PS5, or does the warranty continue to cover the console itself for the rest of the term?
I don’t want to use my warranty on just the controller if it's gonna void coverage for the whole PS5 down the line. Any advice or experience with this? Thanks!
(I'm located in Canada btw, idk if that makes a difference or not but, yeah lol)
Black Friday pricing just hit, and a Yoga that I gave away as a gift dropped in price by $100. In store service couldn't do the adjustment because of the serial number being on the receipt and said I'd have to box them up, return them, and then purchase new ones. Does that make sense?
I recently (Nov 5, 2024) bought Sennheiser ACCENTUM PLUS, opened and tried few times
Long story short, 3 days later I went for an exchange (reason? they were too tight and uncomfortable. No damage/issues) and I was willing to pay extra for the new Bose QC but refused to exchange.
I never asked for refund, I only asked for either exchange or store-credit but they still refused, saying “we cannot exchange or give store-credit due to box being opened and hygienic reason”
I’m casual buyer so I don’t know lot about bestbuy policy but is that a legit reason to refuse an exchange?
Our Black Friday schedule has been posted. Last year for the week of Black Friday we had ~750 hours for the sales floor and ~500 hours for product flow.
This year we have ~550 for the sales floor and ~300 for Product Flow.
This week will be absolute hell. Best Buy has less than a decade before they go under
Trade in. Ryzen 9 and RTX 4060......... Condition is perfect and still under warranty for another 3 months. I bought it from best buy 💀. Canada.
Im trying to buy something and all I get is a blank white screen...why is this? Anyone else having this issue?
About how long does it take the hiring manger to decide?
Hey folks. Just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience as I’m at my wits end trying to resolve this.
I did an online order and trade in for two phones back in August. One of the trades was processed right as it was received back on September 10th. The other has been in limbo. I’ve tried chatting, calling, and emailing 10+ times and have not had any help. They all just say to email the onlinetradein@bestbuy.com email. I’ve emailed them four times and never heard back. Is there any other recourse or options I can try? Is a credit card charge back applicable here is that not going to work since I received the goods from them?
Thanks in advance folks.
So I'm at my best buy, and looking at open box refrigerators.....I open the freezer and I see this... 🤢🤢🤢🤢
This is the 3rd promotion email in the past year where if i spend a certain amount i get a bonus reward certificate and for all of them once I click the link in the email and log-in with my best buy account (with same email) it gives me the message that I'm not eligible. Is this a common issue? Pictures attached.
I am planning to buy a computer which cost 790 dollars and want to pay it in 24 months. i have bestbuy credit card. i placed order and chose 24 months installment but when i finished paying i realized bestbuy took the full amount of 790 dollars instead of i will pay monthly about 30 dollars, how can i place order and pay monthly?
Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to order a MacBook Pro with more than 1TB of storage. I am a professional photographer and use Best Buy for almost all of my hardware needs because of the perks Total Tech membership provides. I would like to upgrade my M1Max MacBook Pro but definitely need more than 1TB. Also, I noticed a couple 3rd party vendors provide custom configurations (like B&H Photo) so I'm not sure why Best Buy doesn't
